How can I update the theme? I am trying to download the Envato Market plugin but the Plugin File being downloaded is not Zip File but a Folder file so I can’t upload the Folder File directly.

Yes, I saw that Big Announcement. However, I downloaded the Zip file more than 10x but every time, it was NOT downloaded as Zip File instead, it was downloaded as a Folder.
If you still can’t solve it, please create a new ticket on our support forum, and our developers will be happy to help you install this plugin.

Hi. I have 3 licenses for this theme (and no longer have support) but I haven’t had any trouble to speak of with them. However, I noticed on one of the latest updates that, without touching anything on the site except to update plugins, the comments section no longer appears on a single post. I thought you’d like to know and perhaps it can be repaired in your next update (unless, of course, Wordpress did it; for FYI, the comments can be viewed in the DASHBOARD, but the form doesn’t appear on the front end). Hi, is there an option to make a video post’s featured video autoplay on the archive page? Is there an option to play the video post’s featured video by the user clicking the video icon from the post archive page?
Currently when the user clicks on a video post from an archive page (or other page), the user is directed to that post’s page instead of being able to view the video without leaving the current page. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The video played as a pop-up on the archive page; is there an option for to play the video within the frame? Also, is there an option to allow a video post to autoplay within the frame on the archive page? (Similar to Youtube)

We have an option that allows you to play a video as a background video when hovering over the featured image. If you want to replace the featured image with a video iframe, please use the Standard or Classic layout on archive pages. Please check this demo for more details.

This is a presales question because I am considering buying a new support contract for a lic I own. Your sliders seem to be optimized for 3:2 images but I need a theme where I can reliably put up thousands of images that are natively 16:9. Can I use that ratio and not get truncation?

Yes, you can use any image size with this theme and change the image ratio to 16:9 if you want.

Thank you. I found on closer inspection you are actually using a 1.66:1 ratio on the images from the demo I like the most (game news 2 sidebars). The images look beautiful on my desktop and they responsively scale perfectly on my android hand-held. I’ve struggled to get the same effect using Divi. I’m going to buy that new support contract on my next payday. Regards -

After the last update there is no field for the number of total views in the admin panel on screen option. In version 8.5.x is gone, how can i bring it back. A iwant to now how mamy views has post. (not in front page to user) only admin in post list

1/ If your sub-domain is a testing domain, we can allow you to use a testing license. If your sub-domain is not a testing domain, you need to have a license for each WordPress setup.
2/ Unfortunately, at this moment, we don’t have any demo for the Live Blog feature. We will add this feature in a new demo in the future.

Hello dear PenciDesign team I am thinking of purchasing the theme. I am in the process of making the final decision. I have examined 2 more big news themes. There is a problem for me. Why is it that when you press the send button without entering any information in the comment section, warning texts do not appear (like this field required)? Instead, the wp-comments-post.php warning page appears. In my opinion, this is not a good look. ( https://soledaddemo.pencidesign.net/soledad-times-magazine/wp-comments-post.php ) This feature is available in the other 2 major news themes I reviewed. I think you can achieve this feature with the help of a small javascript code. Could you add this in the next version? Best regards to your entire team.

hello i use from elementor ( sidebar ) and there is no way to change the side bar still for that i want to change the side bar as the image to look like the black sidebar not the white
