I got a problem trying to edit the contents of the page in my webpage.

Open any page with the page builder, I see that I can’t edit any block content. Any content edit window is open.

After I open the console I see these errors related with Zion builder associated with znpb_editor.bundle.js:15:3:

Uncaught TypeError: window.ZnPbData is undefined <anonymous> webpack://zion-builder/./src/store/modules/elements.js?:15 js https://........../wp-content/themes/kallyas/framework/zion-builder/dist/znpb_editor.bundle.js?ver=1.1.1:720 ......

There are more similar lines related with the error.

What’s the problem?

I have been doing all the update from the beginning of using Kallyas template, and I have realized now of the probnlem with the editor when I needed to change the contents.

So, do you know about similar errors and how to fix to recover the editor?

Stefan, I am going to write you again about support. I see your comment from 2 months ago about an issue with tickets and that you are responding to tickets now. Please look for my ticket (my personal account doesn’t have active support, but I have several clients — who I am contacting you about — with issues on their sites who have active support windows… or did several months ago when I was reaching out).

Can it be used for multi vendors.

I particular I am looking for a template which allows vendors to upload their products. When they are sold they receive tokens/credits which they can use to buy other vendor’s products on the site.

Is this achievable with your template?

Now I have paid for support and submitted a support ticket which has gone unanswered until now. I have also written again but still no reply.
