Regarding woo commerce. In the product page, is there a way to change the font size of the variation options heading? For example: “Choose a Colour”. I tried changing the Avada theme options header typography for H3, since this seemed to match that font and size, and it didn’t work, I’m not even sure if it’s using this.

Good Day,
We need a code snippet that will allow us to change Avada’s default Privacy statement (e.g., “For privacy reasons Google Maps needs your permission to be loaded.”) for all Privacy options (i.e., Google Maps, YouTube, etc.)
For example, we’d like to use (for Google Maps): “For privacy reasons, your permission is required to load Google Maps.”
We searched your documentation and back-end theme options but couldn’t find anything.
Also, if non-existent, it would be great if Avada’s developers could publish a web page (i.e., repository) that includes all code snippets created for/shared with its customers in the past.

You should be able to translate this string inside the Avada theme files and no script is required like other hardcoded strings of Avada, do check for this particular string and try to translate it inside Avada files, make sure your language location is right as per our document post.

As you know, that won’t work since the changes may revert back each time Avada is updated. Also, working with a child theme can be messy.
So, if you don’t mind, we need a PHP code snippet that we can add to our functions.php file to make the change. Quite sure you guys already have one you can share!

It will work and no it will never revert your changes on Avada update, you should not be needing to translate Avada files again after update, also there is no child theme required for it at all, I believe there is some misunderstanding in terms of how the translations works in Avada, the solution I am proposing is the easiest and the simplest one rather than using a script to do this.

Your method may be worthy when there’s a need to translate many strings. Otherwise, the PHP Code Snippet method shared above is the best approach.
Also, your documentation (see below) needs to be updated to be more user-friendly. There are many Code Snippets developed by/for Avada that should be added to it.

1. Where can we find more information on how Avada loads CSS files (e.g., async, preload, etc.) on our website? Please provide details and/or a documentation link that explains that in detail.
2. We are using the “File” CSS Compiling Method for our site (Details: https://prnt.sc/9DDrY1TuC4bc). Based on our testing using PageSpeed Insights and DebugBear, we can confirm that Avada is preloading the compiled CSS file. Hi Avada. I am really frustrated how you designed your Header & Navigation settings. It’s a complete mess. I can not find proper color settings, nor is it clear how to design the mobile menu. There are multiple issues with this in your Theme, and I am dont know how to go on. I need urgent help with this topic and I dont know how to get it. Our color settings are pretty straight forward. If you’re using a legacy header, you will be able to adjust the colors for the Main Menu and mobile menu under WP dashboard -> Avada -> Options -> Menu
If you’re using a custom header (using the new Layouts approach), you will be able to adjust the colors in the Menu Element when editing the custom header section under WP dashboard -> Avada -> Layouts page:

Thanks for the reply. So it’s not about the font color, But how to configure the “active” “not active color in Menu??? How to bring Logo and menu in 1 line on mobile??? How to configure mouse over color in menu??? there are just so many thing confusing and missing in your configs!!! its spread all over different areas, from Layouts, to Options, to container setting it self… I need someone to help me especially with these settings. If I am going to renew support, are they going to do that? I mean I am working since 8 years now with Avada and have multiple license running. and this is so damn frustrating.

Hi I’m trying to use the Avada theme button. I’d like to enter an address with an anchor. When I type ://forexample.it#four the link takes me to this page. Unfortunately, Avada adds an additional underscore to the address ( ://forexample.it_#four ). And the anchor link doesn’t work. Is there a solution for this? Of course, in HTML, anchor links work, but a button would be a better solution. Cheers

I updated the Avada plugins and patch. Now my images will not load on my website https://gen7outdoors.com I replaced the theme and the images worked but when I reinstalled the Avada theme the images stopped loading again. I would really appreciate your help with this problem.

There is a JS error on your site coming from your cache plugin that could be causing this issue, no update or patch we had released causes the images to go away, kindly try disabling the 3rd party plugin(s) for a moment and check again once, if the issue persists, we will need you to get in touch with our support team

Post cards indeed do not have an option to show Pages content like that. In this case if you need to utilize post cards, it’s better to add the items for post cards as posts, portfolio posts or custom post type etc rather than using Pages.

Btw, I just noticed that if I use a post content lay out, I cant set a full background image for the post. If I dont use (or use a custom layout) I cant hide the post title. I guess you should add a “hide” option into post settings near of “Open Blog Links In New Window, Show Post Meta, Show Social Share Box, Show Author Information Box and etc…”.. Or maybe I just couldnt figure it out how to do it.

That is done on purpose, because the button is supposed to take you to an external URL, and since this is a prebuilt website with only dummy projects there is no URL that can be added there, it does not mean you can not add a URL of your own, you can simply add your own project URL there and it will work just fine.
