my support has already expired, but i will not extend it for this issue.
You mention is your “Item Details” page here in themeforest, that you are “WPML Officially Certified” and that your theme is “Compatible with WPML plugin”.
So i found these 2 widgets, that are not compatible with WPML.
If you want to be 100% accurate with your advertising regarding WPML compatibility, then you have to fix it on your own.
If not, i will just not use these 2 widgets.
I won’t pay for something, that should work out of the box.

HI, since a while my customers can’t checkout properly. When they try to checkout the icon is endlessly spinning and they can’t place an order. It appears that the problem is since a month or 2. Technically there’s no limit for products, this part is related to the WooCommerce plugin, not to our theme. Read here – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-scaling-faqs/ , of course, the speed will be affected compared to Shop with just 100 products, but it should not be critical.
