Hello,

Can you guarantee that the Jupiter V6 template will continue to exist and receive regular updates? I prefer working with WPBakery rather than Elementor.

I need to reassure my client that there are no issues with staying on this version.

Security updates and bug fixes for the Jupiter theme will be done by us. But if you are starting a new site, I suggest you use Jupiter X, which is more up-to-date and has more features than the Jupiter theme.

Hi Friends, I want to tell you that I have installed Jupiter theme (Legacy) to test it with a new website, but it has problems to activate content translation plugins. When I install and activate Polylang or WPML, in both cases the site styles get unconfigured, typography, logo, menus, etc. change. And if I go to the backend to fix them, the system doesn’t take the changes. I’m a bit confused by this problem that, not being a developer, I don’t know how to solve it. I hope you can fix it if it depends on you. I leave you a cordial greeting! and as I am already a customer of your template, and beyond this small problem, I recommend 100% Jupiter Theme, is functional, practical and versatile.

hello, our menu at www.stjohnssandwich.org has a problem with the display of the menu on desktop. It is supposed to be a simple menu with submenu dropdowns. Right now, it displays all messed up with dropdowns overlayed over the home page. Some days it does this and some days it does not.

you can replace this line from your wp-config.php file:

with this:

The product support is a joke at this stage, Its paid support told to make a ticket 1 ticket I’m now waiting 5 days for a response, another I was told they would look at an issue and get back to me and just closed the ticket?

Can someone specify server requirements?

What kind of theme you guys have created?

The new Simplicity mode is great. EXCEPT I cannot find anywhere now to add Adobe Typekit Font project ID. This is not possible through the new ‘Custom Fonts’ page (adobe TypeKit does not supply WOFF, TTF files etc, the former settings place to put the TypeKit code was removed from Jupiter in Simplicity Mode, the integration of Typekit project ID into Elementor is disabled, removed or not accessible in Jupiter4, and I can’t paste in the TypeKit code directly INTO the Header through Jupiter’s new code snippets, because you cannot paste INTO the head. Am I missing something? I’d really like to use the cleaner simplicity mode, but Adobe TypeKit is essential, for me, and I would imagine many others.

I love the media carousel widget, I find it cleaner and easier to use than any other aftermarket carousel. However I need to be able to hover over the image and display information and/or swap the image. Sort of like a flip box. Is there any way to do this or is this something that can be added in the future?
