The Instant Booking system in RealHomes allows users to book properties directly through your website in real time. Here’s an overview of how it works:
Booking Process:
Users select a property, choose their desired dates, and book it instantly.
Payment:
Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways. RealHomes supports various WooCommerce payment gateways, including PayPal and Stripe. The system offers two booking modes: Instant and Deferred payments.
Booking Management:
Property owners/agents can manage bookings via the user frontend dashboard, where they can view details and update statuses. After verifying booking details, you can send invoices to customers for deferred payments.
Confirmation:
The booking is confirmed Upon successful payment, and the user and the property owner/agent receive notifications.

do you have option in your theme that calendar shows date only 6 months
i mean date range like if a user book a property now they can book in 6 month

I couldn’t understand your question, could you please rephrase it? Would you like to display the booking calendar to only allow the user to see the next 6 months only to book the property?

Is it possible to put the sale and rental value separately on the same property?
From what I researched, there is only one field to fill in the value, but not if the property is for sale and rent at the same time.

I have been waiting 2 months+ for issues to be resolved.. can go weeks without a response. When I have had email updates working its because I found the fix myself. This is insane.

That’s not true about the hosting provider. I have reached out to them already. And like I said in the post I was able to fix the issue myself adjusting the settings in with your preferred import plugin. I never received a solution from you guys regarding this.

For Additional services, for instance if a client purchase a land, and he may also use our service to fence it or install gate. He may also engage us to develop and build his house etc.

We are having an issue with an integration we are trying to make for this theme. We are currently using RealHomes child theme for building our website and we are not able to add a Chatbot integration to it. The chatbot script is a JavaScript snippet provided by the Clientify company that allows displaying a Whatsapp floating button which opens a chat when clicking on it. The issue we are having is that whenever I click that floating button, the chat does not show up. There are no console errors after clicking on it and the network tab from dev console does not show any failed request. After further investigation, I was able to confirm that there are some files affecting the normal functionality of this snippet. There are some kind of conflicts with jQuery which are not allowing the chatbot to perform well. I was able to confirm that the files related to this inconvenience are: design-variations-handler.php (this file is calling the vendors.js file and lives under /realhomes/framework/functions/design-variations-handler.php) and vendors.js (lives under /realhomes/common/optimize/vendors.js). After dequeueing the vendors-js action, the Chatbot starts to work fine but a couple of errors can be seen in Google’s dev console (they are mainly related to owlCarousel which is being used by RealHomes Elementor Addon plugin).
I have already contacted Clientify support and I was able to confirm that the snippet is working fine as I’ve installed it using another theme. The issue is with the RealHomes child theme.
Please can you let me know how to fix this issue without dequeueing the vendors-js action and without uninstalling RealHomes Elementor Addon plugin? Thank you so much!

Good afternoon, please tell me why when using WPML plugin when duplicating property object to another language. Additional fields are not duplicated. They need to be specified again. Basically no duplicate checkboxes and selectable fields.

The additional fields are not the same for each property because every property has unique details. Therefore, you need to specify them individually.

I have two questions:
How can I ensure that when an Agent lists a property, they can set it as a Draft so that it doesn’t appear on the site, but they can still see it among their properties?
Where can I set it in the filter so that multiple items can be selected at once? For example, with the number of Bedrooms. Currently, only one item can be selected from the dropdown list. We need the ability to select multiple items, for instance with checkboxes. We would like this functionality not only for the number of bedrooms but for other cases as well!

We recommend creating a sub-domain for your staging website. This way, you can manage both the development and live environments. We allow one staging website so that you can activate the theme on both the staging sub-domain and the main domain.
For example, use https://staging.yyy.com for development and then migrate or copy to https://yyy.com after the development is finished.
To deactivate the license on the staging and reactivate it on the live domain:
1. Migrate your site to the live domain (https://yyy.com) from the staging or copy it to the live domain.
2. Deactivate the license on the staging site (https://staging.yyy.com) by deleting it.
