After the update, many of the custom css are not active – I have modified so many css codes in my customize, until know they were working perfectly after the theme updates but know, some of them are not active. For example – although the css code (<script async src=”https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2201175018312363” crossorigin=”anonymous”></script>) is in the header as it was for the last year, now this css is not working for the posts on mobile – they are not fixed but floating. Also, the top bar is no longer sticky – this was always working! I flushed all the css cache several times… I have the thememany years now and it is already pretty customized and was working good until this update. https://lillagreen.com

That means your Custom CSS codes aren’t working, not that the theme features aren’t working, right? If so, it’s definitely not our fault since you need to control all the custom code you use. Nothing else was changed, but the update of the theme. Please help me to understand what you have changed for the css settings in the core templated for the Post view, because it doesn’t work with my custimized css anymore.
To be honest, I have the feeling some of the changes were made just to encourage people to buy support again
I am waiting for your response … The mobile view for Post has changed – for both blog post types elementor and bakery page builder. It looks like you have changed the settings for the blog post types. And these settings do not work with ALL other customized CSS codes that are already in use. I have never experienced this before.
We never mentioned buying support in our initial reply. Let’s focus on resolving the issues on your site first. As I see, the problem seems to stem from your caching with WP Rocket, not our theme. Our support team has replied to your email. Please check and continue the discussion there to solve the issues.

I was in contact now via email with your support, but all the things I was told are not really true.
I have installed the latest version of Soledad and tested everything while both plugins are on – your optimizer Plugin and My chache plugin Rocket are as always ON. The settings are as unchanged as always. There are no issues with the sticky menu, no issues with wrong padding, no issues with fixed blog posts, no issues with the checkout cart, and none of the other problems that appeared after installing your new update. It doesn’t matter if I am logged in or not; there are absolutely no issues on mobile and desktop with the Old previous version.
So, it is the new update causing these problems. I hope you will fix this and release a version that works properly, as the old versions did.

I would like to know if you have any module that sells only post blocks, home blocks. Because I analyzed your website, my goal is to develop my own website, using some news post blocks.
Because your theme has limitations and has bugs, including when you activate puglin:
If you activate: BuddyPress, bbPress your theme gets a bug when creating news posts which generates a conflict and does not allow you to upload photos.
Another problem is that your theme always gives errors when sending the post front,
your puglins that contain bugs that have been going on for over 12 months and you have never fixed:

These errors that you never fixed have a negative impact on the theme, according to the analysis of all the complaints, you were never able to deliver a 100% functional theme, there are always complaints.
The only way for a person to actually have a website, that is, a news portal, is the freedom to use post blocks, Hero blocks.
I want to know if you have the post blocks to sell, because I want to use the blocks to build an exclusive theme for myself with Elementor and build my custom theme without bugs.

I don’t see your Envato account showing any purchase of our theme. How can you test our theme and claim it has bugs? Are you using a NULLED version of the theme? If so, I can confirm that the bugs you’ve reported do not exist in our official theme. Our theme does not have those issues. I suggest purchasing a legitimate license for our theme to test the official version. We also do not sell the post blocks or home blocks separately, as these features are included within our theme only.

Tell me 10 people who bought your theme and did not report the problems listed: because if we analyze the complaints there are several complaints about bugs.
In no version of your theme was it 100% functional without bugs. Every version you post has bugs and complaints.
Now I believe your question is how do I know you are making errors in your puglins? I believe you want to know how I detail the errors reported. The simplest thing in the world is just to test it on your side and you will see that the reported conflicts and bugs are showing.

Hello, i couldn’t find an answer on your forum or in documentation this why I am creating a ticket.
For some reason on my site i cannot see product options at product compare page. Only options that i can see are the WooCommerce default ones like: Description, Dimensions, Weight, Availability, Sku. Even if i choose all my options at the Appearance > WooCommerce > Product Compare.
Can you provide some information about this option, or add to documentation or somthing.

It seems I’ve misunderstood what you meant. I think you were asking about WordPress multisites, not about using this theme for unlimited websites. Yes, for each website, you need to buy a separate license. This is the license policy applied to all WordPress themes on Envato Market, not just ours.

I would like to transfer my license from one website to another, I submitted a ticket for this purpose, but got a message saying the support has expired, and I need to pay $41.13 to renew the support. This is quite ridiculous, I need to pay $41.13 just to get my license transferred from one website to another? This should be a very easy task for the author to do.

I own a copy of Soledad as you know. I’m going to buy a new support contract but it might be more cost effective to just buy a new license. That way I can also have a test site along with a production site. If I buy a new license, please correct me if I’m wrong… but (1:) I get 6 months of support with the new lic right…? I can extend that to 12 months for an additional $17. And if I just buy 6 months of support that costs about $41. So presales question 2: How long do I have to get that $17 extension of support if I buy another license ? 3: Moving forward… I would need to extend support for about $82 a year to run with Soledad… while I’m here, I am studying Elementor now. To use Soledad with Elementor, (4:) do I have to buy the pro version? thanks – Mal

1/ Yes, when you buy a new license, you can get an additional 6 or 12 months of free support from us (if you select the extended support option). If you only want to buy the support, you can just pay for the support as you mentioned—this is correct.
2/ You don’t need to buy Elementor to use this theme. The free version of Elementor is sufficient because our theme already supports most of the features for Elementor.
