Hi dwebbox! As already suggested if you have an odd issue no other users is reporting we cannot understand what is the specific problem you are facing from here, sorry. Do you have some specific error message?
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc

Using this theme, it has been successfully attacked twice. I think there is a problem with the code, please check.

Hi tuhuateng! It seems unlikely that the problem is the theme code, first of all it is verified by Envato’s reviewers, and it is one of Envato’s top-selling themes, secondly if you try searching this board you will not find a single user who has complained about this possible problem in almost ten years.
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc

To check the code, we first need to understand its content and context. Please provide the code, and I can help you review and improve it. If you can describe the specific problem or error message, it will also help in solving the issue better.

Hi tuhuateng! We are sorry but we are not sure to understand this request. Can you please explain the scenario with different words?

the domain name of my site has changed how can I get my license key to work on this new domain name?

Hi poplin! Next to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Code: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn

Hi, I purchased two times, but don’t know to which domain it is linked. Could I send you purchase codes to find it out? THANKS

Hi rlahnstein! We are sorry, but we do not have direct access to your licenses. These are issued by Envato and operate within the theme through an automatic API system. We can only query the registration database when you provide us with your license code. Once we have that, we can offer you a report on how your license is being used. In fact, nect to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Codes: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn

I am not able to edit any pages.. if i edit anything and update it.. that changes are not reflected to the live page Pls help

Hello dwebbox, without accessing your site, it is hard to understand what’s going on. Are you running the latest versions of Uncode and the included plugins? Do you have the same problem with both the Backend and the Frontend builder? If you don’t use any builder, is the content of the page saved correctly?

Hello

A quick question, is you theme compatible with Toolset or ACF?

Additional question, as I see You do have the page builder based on WPBakery – just modified to have better customization. Is this correct?

Is there a way to text your theme?

Hi Simonvetterli and thank you for you interest! :)
Some users used ACF, this obviously depends on the level of integration you need to have. When it comes to ACF it is not easy to answer.
Yes, Uncode is based on a tailored version of WPBakery Page Builder thanks to which you can create layotus/features such as those you see on our demo!

how can I update plugin “Uncode Core”?

Hi magda_ath! You need to update the theme first and you will see a notice inside the admin area: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205

I put the Item Purchase Code on my site and it says the following: According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the maximum number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Therefore, please purchase an additional license, or follow the procedure for deregistering the Purchase Code.

How can I find which other site I have been on?

Had to deactivate purchase code to update plugins and now unable to activate again.

I’m a designer working on a client’s site ( writing from their account). Had this issue happen with another account that had to deactivate the purchase code so I can update the theme plugins but it won’t allow to activate code again. Can you advise how to go about this without having to email you each time – I don’t want to have to purchase new support to activate the purchase code. This is a bug.

I have a question. About a year ago, I bought and registered a key on a website that expired a long time ago. Now I’m creating a new website where I’d like to activate the same product, but I can’t. What should I do if my old website doesn’t exist. Can I activate it for me or delete the activation on the old site? please help me.

Hi MateuszWiszniewski! Please remember that according to the Envato License Terms, it’s not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain:

Also, is there a settings to resize large font on mobile smaller?

Hi honey and thank you for appreciating Uncode! :)
1. The link you inserted points to the generic homepage… anyway, we think you refer to the CTA Menu, in this case, please find more info here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/18615150991133-Menu-Call-to-Action-Buttons
2. Sorry, but it is not easy to understand which text of which element you are referring to…

Hey,

I updated the theme, which completely shifted the design layout on my landingpage. It only has happend to desktop view. Tablet and phone screensizes are not affected. Is there an explanation for this and an easy way of fixing it ?

Wordpress and all plugins are updated.

Hi yogananda! Thank you for the confirmation! As we have told you other users have not reported anything similar, and without specific detail we certainly cannot know what these minor differences you see are.

Okay, I’ll fix the minor layout issues myself. Thanks,

Hi yogananda and thank you for the confirmation! If you need help please refer to the Help Center! :)

Hi guys, Its not a support issue but a technical one.. I love your theme so much I just use it in most of my projects, I have 9 licenses already and will sure have others. But I forgot to document which license belong to which domain, so can you guys check this for me (assuming you can) or I have to manually check (using a database or anything), I just want to know which purchase code is linked to the domains I used them on.

Hi Xajel! Send a list of your Licenses using this form here: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn

Thanks, just sent the list

You welcome!

Hi guys, I want to report an issue with the adaptive images script incorporated with your theme. I have both “Adaptive Images” and “Dynamic Srcset” disabled and I have Clicked “Delete all images” after giving it a try. There are 4 major problems I haven’t been able to resolve that definitely seem to not be working correctly: 1. After I click delete, it says “The Adaptive Images / Dynamic Srcset system is using 0 of the 14.63G space left”. When I browse around the shop and I come back to the performance tab in an hour or so, it says that The Adaptive Images / Dynamic Srcset is using 3-4 GB space even though it is disabled. When I delete it again, it just regenerates in a few mins. 2. Second big problem it that even though The Adaptive Images / Dynamic Srcset is disabled and all generated photos are supposedly deleted via theme options ->Performance, it has auto generated 7 versions of each photo in the uploads directory: For example I upload Cactus-dress-closeup.jpg and it generates: Cactus-dress-closeup-100×100.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-1152×1536.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-1536×2048.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-348×348.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-350×467.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-768×1024.jpg Cactus-dress-closeup-uai-1706×2560.jpg 3. What’s even worse is that Cactus-dress-closeup.jpg (the original) is 961 KB (1960×2560px) and Cactus-dress-closeup-uai-1706×2560.jpg is 3.1 MB!! even though it is slightly cropped version of the original. Check it for yourselves: https://sassabjorg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Cactus-dress-closeup.jpg https://sassabjorg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Cactus-dress-closeup-uai-1706x2560.jpg 4. To top everything off, the 3.1 MB version of the original is lazy-loaded when I browse the shop page and that goes for every other product on the shop page: https://www.sassabjorg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/uai-photos-loaded.jpg So all of the bloated images generated by the disabled Adaptive images script are now loading in the background as a featured image making a 20 products shop page a whopping 80 MB for a full content paint.

I’ve tried for weeks to find a solution, but nothing works. I’m not using any image optimization plugins for the record. Please tell me is there a way to disable this?

Hi SassaBjorg! We’re sorry about this but if you have a problem that other users don’t report the developers need access to your installation to accurately debug what is happening on this server. I think you can understand that here we can provide help if it is an issue that is replicable on multiple installations, that we know about or provide general direction. Unfortunately, even your images posted here in the message now point to 403 so it is even more difficult: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/I0BVjA
We can only confirm that the images referenced as “cactus” are the normal crops that are created by WordPress not by Uncode (when you upload a responsive versions image in WordPress they are automatically generated).

Hi and thanks for you response! Firstly, I think that I have fixed the reason for the 403 error. This should be accessible now – https://www.sassabjorg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/uai-photos-loaded.jpg I take your point that WordPress itself is creating all those responsive images by itself. Sorry about throwing that accusation at Uncode. But the one image not generated by WP is “Cactus-dress-closeup-uai-1706×2560.jpg” and it is the biggest problem because of its size and because it loads as a “Second featured image” in the posts module instead of the original and much smaller image. Is this by any chance generated by the Uncode adative images script? I’m guessing that “-uai” stands for exactly that. And if the answer is yes, is there a short script that you can provide me with that completely disables Adaptive images even though it’s turned off in Theme Options? Thanks in advance!

Hi SassaBjorg! If you don’t have the setting active, that should not happen and that is exactly why I was telling you that if something out of the ordinary doesn’t work only way to do a necessary degbug is to open a ticket and provide all the accesses. Now we don’t understand in what position this image is used? Is it a background? Is it one image or does it happen for multiple images? If you don’t have any of the Adaptive Images or Dynamic Srcset settings active, the only occasion when Uncode creates an image is because a crop (ratio) is requested and then a new image needs to be created. The fact that the image weighs more is because when WordPress creates an image (Uncode requires WordPress to create an image), it is created by the server, but the server is not provided by default with advanced optimization tools such as Photoshop or specific media optimization tools. So if you are requesting a crop you should use the natural upload ratio.
