Hi! I am contacting you about a problem related to the UNCODE theme I purchased last year. I activated the theme on our dev domain account. After that, my colleagues moved to the main domain without deregistering the license from the dev domain. Recently, after updating the theme and the plugins, we tried to submit the purchase code, but it says that we have exceeded the number of activations permitted for a single purchase code. If I provide the dev domain (that no longer exists) could you help us deregistering the license from there? Thank you in advance!

Hi diswebbox, there is not a link to update the plugins, this is only possible via theme update when the theme is properly registered.

Using this theme, it has been successfully attacked twice. I think there is a problem with the code, please check.

Do you have the same problem with both the Backend and the Frontend builder? If you don’t use any builder, is the content of the page saved correctly?
