I would like to know how I can modify (or disable) the preheader, that is the section at the top where the date, a secondary menu and the social icons now appear. Thank you very much, we are glad you like our theme. If you installed a PRO demo, then everything can be customized in the composer, not in the theme panel. When will there be an update to the Newspaper theme? And only new demos are being added, when will we see the new features? Please make more templates or blocks that can be applied to pages than the demos. The composer is not as popular as Elementor, so its use is limited.

Normally the blocks, sections, templates, from the cloud library are the ones we use in the demos. So when a new demo is created, the parts from it are available separately in the cloud library. Everything from the cloud library is related to a demo. If you have suggestions for a new demo, please provide some examples if possible. I will add them on our list, and they may be built in the future.

When sharing on Facebook, the thumbnail image of the post is not visible. Is there a reason why it suddenly happens only on Facebook? Images do not appear on Xbox.

That can happen sometimes, and there can be multiple causes regardless of the theme used on the website. As long as the og image meta tag is loaded for the posts, the socials should use it. I ran a Google Page Speed test on your theme Urban Observer and it failed all of the Vitals and speed for mobile and desktop. Are you planning on upgrading the themes to pass Google’s Vitals? Your other theme competitors are doing this, however I really like this theme design and would love to use it.

Not all of our live demos are optimized or using caching plugins unfortunately. The results would be much better with caching and optimization active. We use the WP rocket plugin for some of our demos, like this one https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/ So basically its not a matter of upgrading the theme, the website requires caching/optimization. The theme also has quite a few extra options for improving the speed, like delayed load for the mega menus or for popups, lazyload for the footer, loading desktop/mobile headers only when needed, caching per block in the composer, etc. With a decent hosting plan and caching/optimization, the results are usually quite great. Okay, but if I wanted to do such a project, the theme should have the ability to create an account type, e.g. corporate or private, with access to selected functions for the account type. This is, for example, the law in the EU. But without the ability to freely change the account type. So I want to create an information and advertising portal. The private account type can comment on entries, make purchases in the store, but cannot do anything else. Do you know what I mean?
We provide a subscription plugin, with plans. Visitors can create an account on the website, and they can subscribe to a plan. The content of the website could be restricted for them depending on the plan they subscribe to. Their account however can only be the same for all of them, and it will be one of the wordpress users roles (contributor, subscriber, etc.). If you need user roles like corporate or private, and special capabilities for them, it will probably have to be done custom. Or maybe there are more advanced membership plugins which can be used to create the roles and define their capabilities. I understand. But I see that Demo is one big mishmash and has nothing to do with UX and UI, hot or cold places of the page. After all, each page in Demo has a different block layout and that’s it. Do I think correctly that each block, even though it is the same but is located in many places, needs to be translated again? These are not global functions like setting colors, fonts or translations? For example, the subscribe block? Why is the Demo not set up properly to just fill it with content, and everything is mixed up? The same published article appears in many categories and many blocks. This is a pointless Demo.

I just looked through Demo – NewsWeek. And there is a Subscription block/section in many places. From what I see, you have to translate it, set the phonemes or colors as many times as it appears in this Demo. Isn’t that absurd? Because for me these Demos are not Demos. And so I have to set everything up again. And now one more question. If I translate such a section, is this translation saved somewhere separately, to some file, e.g. mo? Like it is when using the Loco plugin?

All Demos are so slow that I suspect the code quality must be poor. Maybe it’s because of the proprietary builder. It’s a waste of time trying to optimize through 5 plugins. Core Web Vitals don’t apply here. I wonder what kind of server is best for your theme? Apache, Nginx or maybe LiteSpeed?
Not all of our live demos are completely optimized unfortunately. Our most popular demo is optimized https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/ and a few others. The theme works fine with all the servers you mentioned. Using a decent hosting provider, a good caching and optimization plugin, and using the options the theme provides for increased performance, usually the results are very good.

Those are banners which make it easier for interested theme users to reach our custom work services. The banners can be removed, there is an option to deactivate them in the theme system status panel.

The pages on our site are failing the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) test. Even for a simple URL containing only plain text, such as https://themysore.news/privacy-policy/, the analysis result shows poor performance. You can view the analysis here.
Our hosting service provider suggests that the issue might be due to the theme. Could anyone advise on what needs to be adjusted in the theme to pass the LCP test?

Some demos use 2 header templates, modifying one of them does not affect the other. This is done mostly for design purposes, where a dedicated header is needed for the homepage specifically. If you edit the homepage with the composer, you can check in the website manager if there is a specific header set for it instead of the global header https://prnt.sc/KrWvyT9jBhdn
Now it depends on what you want to do. You can either modify the second header as well, or use just one header. The better choice would be to modify the header of the homepage, to maintain the design. Or maybe if you are also making modifications to the page content, then maybe you could use just one header.

That is possible. And I think it should have already been set like that by default actually. The post content should be below the featured image. To do this, first edit the post template with the composer. Then switch to the mobile viewport, and select the row with the 3 columns and activate this setting https://imgur.com/lqKBwim Then you can set the order of the columns, please set the column with the post content as number 1 https://imgur.com/gX9xaW3 and the others as 2 and 3, depending on how you want them.
