Hi,
I am having some issues with resetting my license on a new project. I had initially registered the license using a staging URL and the process was not importing the template pages as it ought.
So, I cleared the entire database to start afresh and reinstalled WordPress anew in order for me to do a complete Website Template import, but the license is showing me UNREGISTERED: the same URL nothing changed. I tried to reenter the Purchase-code again it showed error that the code is already registered on another domain, but it is still the same URL. For days now I have been trying to access https://my.avada.com/ with no success as the page or the site is not opening.
What do I do to resolve this issue please? That is why I am here.

You can manage your license from my.avada.com You can unregister the site via the Avada support account and then re-register it via the regular registration method in the site. In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://my.avada.com/ Once you are logged in, please click on the “Licenses” link, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/s8HbaJX4Z8ge Here you will see an option to unregister any purchase code added to a site, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/2ay1ZV4xihxh Once unregistered, the purchase code can be used once again

That is what I am telling you here that I can’t access the https://my.avada.com/ page to login to unregister the domain or create ticket to complain about this issue.

However, I have a question: on the home page slider for the desktop version, there is a “Request A Callback” box, but it doesn’t appear on the mobile version. Kindly make sure that you have completely removed the license from older sites, means you have unregistered it, once that is done, then you will need to actually reset it from your my.avada.com dashboard.

If the license is free and is not used anywhere else, you can certainly use it on any domain without any issues, only 1 live domain can use a single purchase code so if you are already using it on some other domain, that will require you to purchase a new license.

This is possible if you create a separate layout using our layout builder, the default category pages are not editable by WordPress on its own, also the avada.com is our company site and is not a prebuilt so importing that is not going to be an option.

I have an existing woocommerce site that is already working but I’m planning to change the theme to yours. Is that possible without breaking the website when importing. I want to use one of your prebuild theme.
It has a lot of products already (by the way, they’re square shaped images but I saw in your demos that they use rectangle photos, Is that a problem?)

Avada also uses WooCommerce so there will simply be no issues showing those products with Avada, also you can always have your own layout and design for products by using post cards, so there are indeed further possibilities than what you currently get with WooCommerce.

Hello, I would like to know if with AVADA I can have several sales pages with different AVADA themes on the same domain. For example, I am going to launch a beauty product, I am going to create a page with the AVADA X theme, but at the same time, I have another health product and I am going to use another AVADA Y theme, as if it were like this mysite.com/productA with one theme and the other page, mysite.com/productB with another theme, both AVADA templates, would that be possible?

While it is possible to actually have multiple single pages from different prebuilt websites, however you cannot have the global options for different prebuilt along with other one, so any styling that is coming globally will have to be sacrificed or set individually instead on the page basis.

We are creating a website using the Avada theme and would like to have captions (text field) above the slider. So for some pages we would like to have text capations above the slider (text element) and some pages won’t have any text element above slider. How to go about it. The easiest solution here is to actually use the container with a background image and then add the text on top of it, this can than be changed across every page of yours as per your requirement.

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

In the tour operator, https://avada.website/tour-operator/tours/special-maldives-tour/ 1. When we click on Book this tour button, It is redirecting to form but even after changing the link in layout to some other page like WooCommerce cart page in the layout section, It is just refreshing but it is not redirecting to cart page. 2. In the Tour booking form, is there any way to dynamically bring the product/package name? Because in the above maldives tour link if we click book this tour button, In the form again we have to select the package but the Maldives name is not dynamically passing to the form even after trying multiple ways like adding JS or some other way. Because of this we have to configure a form for each package but not generic form where the product name is taken dynamically.
*Please help for the 2nd point if there is any way as it would save us alot and help our Startup alot and more over this theme is very good for our website.
