I just updated plugins on one of my Bridge sites as I always do and noticed that my site menu seems broken.
When I click on one of the menu buttons/items, it takes me to the page, although it remains blank, until I refresh the page and then the content loads.
Do you have a ticket or documentation/FAQ entry that addresses what to do in this situation?

Hi, All old tabs have stopped working on the website. The content of the first tab is visible when page is freshly loaded. But the content on the other tabs do not show when clicking on the tabs. When clicking on the first tab again, that content is then also gone. Backend all should be updated unless I missed something? (Wordpress, theme, plugins etc.) Please advice how to solve this. The website is using the old tabs on multiple places.

For you guys i wanted to open a ticket but my support just ran out – i have installed a demo and enabled a feature somewhere for a second image on hover for headers and some page elements. How can i disable that? i only have one image so don\t need it. I do not see an option to disable it now…

I’m finishing this website but I have 2 issues.
1. How to increase the text shown on post excerpts to avoid it being cut? I’ve already increased the number of words in Mansory and number of words in blog listing in the theme’s blog settings but nothing changed and excerpt text is still being cut.
2. is is possible to show the year anywhere in the blog post? As it shows it’s not possible to know in which year the post was published, which is weird but I saw no setting to change it.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

The maps are working correctly on our end.
Please note that we do have a daily limit for Google Maps API key used on our demos, so once the daily limit of visits is reached, the maps will no longer be shown.
This is simply the restriction of Google Maps API key used on our domains. For Google Maps to be used on some site it is necessary generate Google Maps API key for that domain as explained in this article and the users can adjust the limit to suit their need when generating the API key for their site.

We’ve inspected the page, and there are Google Maps API Key errors in the console (please see screenshot). These errors are related to the settings for Google Maps API Key, the “RefererNotAllowedMapError” means that the current URL loading the Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Please check the referrer settings of your API key in the Cloud Console.
