Hello, I am currently using the Newsweek PRO demo on my website and I am facing some difficulties in customizing specific elements related to the mobile experience.
- Mobile Menu: I would like to customize the font and colors but have not been able to locate the relevant settings

Current demo installed: Trucking Services. However it does not come with a header for me. I cant find the cloud template for the header for this particular demo in the cloud library. How can I get access to this ?

If you are using the latest theme version at this time (12.6.6) and you already updated the opt-in plugin, please disregard further update notifications from the plugin. The plugin is already the latest version, but due to an issue it detects that there is a new update available, when there is not. This issue will be fixed in the next theme update. If maybe you are referring to creating a smart list, then that is possible. A smart list is created in the post content, and it can be created using the form content https://prnt.sc/UsgtIJMFx2l_ in the frontend. But whoever creates the post will have to know how to build a smart list https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/ It will require adding a heading, an image, and a description/paragraph, multiple times in that order. And you will need to use a dedicated post template for it, which has to contain the smart list element https://prnt.sc/-kJdAJu_Yar9 instead of the post content element. You could give it a try. Hi tagDiv team, I have been sending mails to contact@tagdiv.com regarding a cali module that I added and not working properly, and I requested the support team to assist since last monday till date. I don’t know if such service is not included in your assistance but would like to know what is going on as this seems like it is by purpose to not respond. What we are doing is serious and time will not tolerate on incident if they are not solved. It is not good when you receive client contact and not telling him what to do, didn’t appreciate that. Hello, dear developers! I liked your theme “TOWN TALK PRO” and “LONDON NEWS PRO”, but there are several problems with it for my use:
1. I don’t understand why all the photos from the top menu are loaded at the same time when uploading an article: https://skr.sh/sRCrFXsxt27 Moreover, in the “TOWN TALK PRO” theme, uncut photos are uploaded, but the original ones!!! Because of this, more than 14mb of unnecessary traffic is loaded: https://skr.sh/sRCez4un5SfIt is probably superfluous to say that pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/ greatly underestimates the indicators and the user gets a lot of unnecessary traffic that slows down page loading.
In your other themes, cropped photos are displayed in the menu, mostly 324×400 px., but to save traffic, it would be better to somehow unify the sizes and use photos with dimensions of 218×150 px for the menu. Tell me, in which file or can I configure the download of previews of other sizes?
Is it possible to make the photos from the main menu not load immediately, but only when you click on the menu item?
2. On the demo page of the article https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/2023/06/16/td-post-community-unites-to-support-families-affected-by-recent-natural-disaster / – there is no comment section under the article. I checked with a developer I know, in the “TOWN TALK PRO” topic, even with the comment function enabled, this block still does not work. How can I fix this?
3. Is it possible in this topic to make automatic loading of the next article when scrolling down the page?
4. When uploading a photo to the server, an additional 17 files of this image with different sizes are created. More than half of them are not used. Is it possible to somehow disable the generation of certain sizes so that the server does not clog up with unnecessary photos so quickly?

1. That’s not actually a problem. Everything from a demo can be customized, including the size of the thumbs loaded in the mega-menus https://prnt.sc/k4UXDRiv7Q2b The mega-menu can also be set to delayed load https://prnt.sc/aKQumuvJ8sSY
2. Templates are built with our composer. A post template will display what is added inside it https://prnt.sc/VFYIB4rMmtCo The template from that demo simply does not have the comments inside it. It can be easily added https://prnt.sc/UwqlZP4E5_7Y
3. That is possible, the theme provides infinite loading for posts.

From what I see you are using the AMP plugin, and it is set to apply to posts. Also it redirects all mobile visitors to the AMP version. If you do not want to use AMP, please deactivate the plugin. You could just install the RTL demo. Or import the homepage and the templates from the cloud library https://prnt.sc/7Yc-AROiKXrT and set them. If you install the demo, you won’t lose the content that you have created on the website. Only the data the old demo imported will be removed. Converting the demo to RTL will take more time, to adjust the homepage and the templates for RTL. The better solutions are to either install the demo directly, or import the demo parts from the cloud library. Let us know if you have more questions, or if you need help with it. It’s crazy that there hasn’t been any update in months for one of the best themes around… what’s going on? There are many issues and addition that can be made. Especially on the Custom Posts, ACF side and modules.
