I checked the screenshot and it appears as the block header is not moved on right as it should on RTL demo when is a RTL language used. IN case that the demo has been installed without getting any error message during the installation, then most possible is something else interfering. I have recently purchased this theme and install prebuild template Free News, Today News PRO, and some other templates. However, I am encountering several issues.
- When I try to use the Time ago option, the entire site displays as blank (white).
- The single post template is not working correctly. Only the main header part is visible; the content and footer are not displayed.
- The Today News PRO pre-built template has a feature that allows users to load the next post via AJAX within the single post template. However, I cannot find any documentation or information on how to implement this feature.
I have spent the last 5-6 days trying to resolve these issues without success.

That is a flex block 1, all the blocks in the homepage of that demo are based on flex block 1. If you want to use that block, you could import this section in your page https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Sections/2170 and remove everything else but that block. Please try it.

Hello, I am currently using the Newsweek PRO demo on my website and I am facing some difficulties in customizing specific elements related to the mobile experience.

Current demo installed: Trucking Services. However it does not come with a header for me. I cant find the cloud template for the header for this particular demo in the cloud library. How can I get access to this ?

So it is not required to install one of the paywall/membership demos https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=membership Any demo can be installed and then the plugin can be installed and set up. If you are using the latest theme version at this time (12.6.6) and you already updated the opt-in plugin, please disregard further update notifications from the plugin. The plugin is already the latest version, but due to an issue it detects that there is a new update available, when there is not. This issue will be fixed in the next theme update. We are very sorry for the confusion.

If maybe you are referring to creating a smart list, then that is possible. A smart list is created in the post content, and it can be created using the form content https://prnt.sc/UsgtIJMFx2l_ in the frontend. But whoever creates the post will have to know how to build a smart list https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/ It will require adding a heading, an image, and a description/paragraph, multiple times in that order. And you will need to use a dedicated post template for it, which has to contain the smart list element https://prnt.sc/-kJdAJu_Yar9 instead of the post content element. You could give it a try. Hi tagDiv team, I have been sending mails to contact@tagdiv.com regarding a cali module that I added and not working properly, and I requested the support team to assist since last monday till date. I don’t know if such service is not included in your assistance but would like to know what is going on as this seems like it is by purpose to not respond. What we are doing is serious and time will not tolerate on incident if they are not solved. It is not good when you receive client contact and not telling him what to do, didn’t appreciate that.
