I would like to update the Phlox theme, currently in version 5.16.3, on my site https://cesar.team/ because there is a security vulnerability, the details of which are as follows: WordPress Phlox Pro plugin <= 5.16.4 – Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via Search Parameters vulnerability.

However, no theme update is offered to me from the WordPress interface. What can I do?
