It used to be a good theme, manageable. Now it’s gone out of control: it’s SO complicated that almost impossible to make the little color change you want here and there. Add to that the confusion of three modes of Responsive designs.

I imported the Avada pre-build website successfully. After import, I can only access the homepage and when click and visit the rest of the other pages, I get 404 Not found error [nginx/1.24.0 (Ubuntu)]. Please help.

Appears to be an issue due to permalinks, can you kindly try and reset them once by going to WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks Tab

-hello, please help me with this issue. I know that theme it can be used only on one website but last time I have registered in fleche.hr because I have never used that first domain. Both if that pages are for my portfolio. You can check it please and find that it was regustered on fleche.hr. I am graphic designer and always use and recomend your theme for building web sites so please help me and send me that registration number that i have used on fleche.hr.

We have no control over your own purchase code, it is something that you can simply get from your Themeforest account following the instructions here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-locate-your-purchase-code-on-themeforest/
Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Currently we do not have an element that specifically adds comments if a layout is not being used. Without the layouts the standard blog layout will load the comments if enabled via Avada options and the post page

Hello, I imported the Charity demo wherein the header (menu and logo) appear inside the slider or hero image which happens to be the background of the first container.
I now wish to change it to the older (before Avada Layouts were introduced) Header 3 style.
I’ve tried all options and read all possible documentation but am unable to separate the header from the slider.
How do I make the header appear above the Layer slider with Avada Layouts Global Header?
Secondly, the live builder keeps on buffering and does not work. I presume the theme needs large resources on the host for this to work.
Can you provide optimal hosting specs. where the live builder would work?

1) The container in your header layout will be set to absolute position. This can be changed the Extra tabs in the container that is present in the header. You will need to turn absolute position off
2) The live builder does not need large amount of resources. Please do refer the documentation here. If you are having issues in loading the builder then please reach out to support

Hi guys, I have set up twitter (X) integration on my website using the avada ‘twitter timeline’ widget. However, my tweets are not being shown, even though I have multiple tweets and post regularly. I have double checked and my username is definitely correct. I keep getting a “Nothing to see here..” message on the widget. Can you confirm if this is a bug? Thank you for your help.

You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

I am afraid we are not able to completely understand your requirements here, however Avada utilizes WooCommerce for all its ecommerce requirements so if something is possible with it, you should be able to do that with Avada

The tabs are a part of WooCommerce itself and Avada has no control over adding additional tabs, that will require you to look for any 3rd party custom tab plugins in this case.

1) Using Avada layouts you can add different content to the content page. However you will need to make use of dynamic content to do this. ACF fields can be used for that
2) If you mean on a map, then yes, you can add more ACF fields to pull in locations dynamically into the open street map element
3) It would depend on what is the customized content but you dynamically pull in content form ACF fields and change the grid layout as needed
4) Yes
5) Yes
6) Currently, there is no option for a trial

Yes, you can customize what info is shown in the sidebar/header/content area etc freely and adjust their styling as well.
The property grid uses our Post Card feature so you have full control on customizing the content/design of the individual item boxes there.
Field labels/types can also be changed as you need.

Hi, I replicated the transaction in one of your demo shops https://avada.website/modern-shop/cart/ and it also did the same error as well. So it seems that the error is from your end. If you try to adjust the quantity on the shopping cart page, it will fail. You cannot increase or decrease quantity. You can only delete the quantity. Obviously that is an error. I tried to submit a ticket, but because my support expired I could not. This error should be supported regardless of support time because it is a critical error that needs to be corrected since it is a core issue.

I tried another demo and again it failed and here is the link as well: https://avada.website/vegan-store/cart/ however this shop did have the quantity show in the shopping cart numerically, but it would fail to adjust the changes of quantity updates in the shopping cart page.Ok I tried another one and even this one failed: https://avada.website/country-butcher/cart/ This one did have the quantity displayed right next to the shopping cart icon but fails to adjust the quantity on the shopping cart page.
This is usually overlooked and is serious error since it could hinder a good experience for the customers and reduce potential sales for website owner. Please correct this as a patch so all prebuilt sites could have this corrected. Thanks in advance,
In the latest update 7.11.10, the color for body typography is not working. Also, the icon selection is not functioning. Please test this better. Regards.

Hi, I have purchased the theme a while ago, but now it seems like there are issues with the cart. For instance the cart will not display a number indicating how many items are in the shopping cart. Next if you go to the shopping cart, it will not adjust the quantity if one wishes to increase/decrease the quantity. It will only delete the quantity but will not modify the quantity. Has anybody reported similar issues with your latest updates, since I did have automatic updates and now it is not working well. Thanks in advance.

Please do test without 3rd party plugins active to see if they’re interfering with this functionality. Out of the box, the cart will work without any issues so what you’re seeing is definitely not normal behavior.
