Can’t update the theme.

I have the same problem with all of my Impreza sites. Updating other themes is no problem. Please help me!

No support on the weekend and a support ticket cannot be created because no login is possible, it is so annoying not being able to work for 2 days. Nothing has happened since yesterday.

I can’t log in to UpSolution to activate the license. I also can’t log in to the support portal. I log in with Envato, then an approval window appears to authorize the UpSolution support portal, and then I’m asked to log in again and again. Does anyone have any tips? I can’t start building my website without the theme.

Ok i got it, but now I can’t install other plugins such as UpSolution Core, FileBirdPro, ACF Pro

I cant access my Envato Account or activate my theme or even access the support center I tried everything I disconnected my accounts cleared my cache and cookies tried a new computer and router nothing is working please get back to me as soon as you can my website is nonfunctional

I can’t update to the newest theme. The plugins have stopped working. I can’t get onto support. Seems like this has been going on with other people as well. Please let us know what is happening.

Hi! The most recent update crashed WpBakery and RevSlider (two included plugins). I was able to fix Revslider by manually re-installing… but I can’t figure out how to re-install WpBakery.

Currently when I try to edit a page, it just looks like code jargon, because the GUI of WpBakery isn’t shown as an option any more.

How can I get it back up and running as usual? This happened on its own after an auto-update.

Please check the WPBakery > Role Manager > Post Types. You can set it to “Custom” and specify the post type(s) on which the WPBakery builder should work.

That solve didn’t work but I think I found the issue — At the bottom of the page there’s a message that says:

“Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder.”

It then contains a very long list of elements, which I think is all the elements. How do I fix this and continue updating my website? This just happened randomly one day.

According to this message, you need to update the layout by replacing the old elements with new ones.

Hey, i think i have a problem with the dates on carousel posts. For example i published a post yesterday but even after 24 hours the post says that it was publeshed 1 hour ago, or updated 1 hour ago. Not shows the exact date.

Please follow these steps to locate the source of the issue:

- Deactivate all plugins except the UpSolution Core, clear all cache, and if the error disappears, activate plugins one by one to replicate the issue.
- If you use any code at Theme Options > Custom Code, remove it while testing and then check if you can replicate the issue.
- If you use a child theme, switch to the main Impreza theme while testing and check if you can replicate the issue.

If that doesn’t help, please create a ticket on the Support Portal and provide your WP admin credentials via private reply so our support team could investigate.

The behavior you describe seems like a caching issue. Ensure you checked the caching plugins and CDN cache (if you use one) and cleared the cache.

Can I use the theme on unlimited sites or is it only licensed to one?

Each license purchased allows activating one site with a “production” license and one with a “development” license (with “coming soon” mode always on). For more information, check the relevant article.

The theme has completely stopped working with the TranslatePress translation plugin. This issue was confirmed by the developers of TranslatePress https://wordpress.org/support/topic/jquery-is-not-defined-68/#post-17998370, and they reported that the problem lies on the side of the Impreza theme. Are you aware of this issue? Is there a plan to fix it?

Unfortunately, we have not declared support for this plugin, and it’s not planned. Impreza supports WPML and Polylang for creating multi-lingual sites.

Another mindbender happening and i can’t override this, its happening on all my installs of Impreza strangely… my robots.txt meta is <meta name=”robots” content=”max-image-preview:large” /> ... why is this happening, how to override or debug this monster?

i tried in theme options custom code in the header, i tried manually just putting index,follow in a single page for a test, no luck, i havent tried over-riding in functions.php yet ..i tried disabling 'schema.org' and 'seo' in theme options also and then reenabling... i thought this was only happening on the new subdomain site i made, but just checked all my sites and its there. Please advise.

update: override in functions.php works, dirty solution but temporary until we solve the mystery.

confirmed, its still there after switching to 2024theme, i read somewhere that wordpress update 5.7 does this by default for whatever hellish reason, or that was just part of my nightmare the other day ;) if you find out, please lmk. for now using the functions.php ‘solution’ -

1) Create an example Map element with the correct marker text

2) Copy the marker text value from the shortcode parameter

3) Open any Map with outdated marker text, and copy the similar value.

4) Use Better Search Replace to replace one value with the other.

We recommend creating a backup before you use Better Search Request.

If you refer to the automatic creation of testimonial-type posts based on the form submitted, such a feature is not available out of the box. You can create a feature request on the Support Portal, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates.

Hi, I think you may want to look in to this.

When let’s say “content_bg” or any other colour style, is applied to a grid’s vertical/horizontal wrappers’ background colour, it does not respond on dark mode. it however works when used on the wpbakery page builder.

So, on the front end, when you toggle the switch, all other colours switch to their respective dark mode variant, but the colours applied to the grids’ vertical/horizontal wrappers do not, specifically the wrappers’ background colour.

Regarding the other one; let me approach it differently.

Let’s say––in global colour style section––I use #18C2AE, and I call it “_jadel_light” and, #072D28 and I call It “_jadel_dark”

Now, on the “light scheme” I use “_jadel_light” in the content background section, same as; “_content_bg” / and, on the “dark scheme of choice” I use “_jadel_dark” in the content background section as well.

Now, when you select “dark scheme” using the “colour theme switch” on the nav bar, and you toggle the switch on the frontend, nothing happens, for some reason it does not recognize the global colour style”_jadel_dark” If I however use the hex code #072D28 in the dark scheme instead of using “jadel dark” (which Is the same thing) it works. (BTW, this is not just for content_bg, it applies to global colour styles in general when used on dark, or alternate colour schemes)

let me know if you can replicate this as well.

P.S: In theme options/general tab/dark theme, I see that the selected color scheme is automatically applied depending on user’s default device theme, which is neat. I also noted that If the user’s device’s is on light mode by default, the toggle switch can override the site’s scheme to dark mode or light mode, should the user choose to do that, this works as it should.

However, if the user’s device is on dark mode by default, The toggle switch cannot override the site’s scheme back to light mode, the dark mode setting of the user’s device takes over permanently, and makes the toggle useless.

I think it this is looked into, other sections of the site that rely on this function will work accordingly.

The Dark Mode and Color Scheme Switch have similar functionality and are not designed to work simultaneously.

I see; I agree I made it all complicated. I am very sorry about that.

But, the link you shared cleared it all up.

So, in summary; If I want the device (theme option) to determine the scheme, I don’t need the switcher, but if I want the user to determine it, then the switcher is needed. Sweet!

Here is where I got it all wrong; I was expecting the switcher to override the dark mode setting in theme option––what led me on that rabbit hole was my ability to override the theme option setting if the device was on light mode. but wasn’t able to when the device was on dark mode, so I immediately thought it was a bug. But since they are separate elements, and aren’t meant to work together, it all makes sense.
