I have already lost one day trying to find a way to solve this:
I bought 3 Licenses of X Theme some time ago. I am trying to write a post in the forum but THERE IS NO WAY TO DO SO.
Also there is no way to ‘Unlock’ my licenses. As it seems that any interaction to handle my licenses or ask in the forum is not enabled, I’ve tried to write a message (the only thing I can do) to a staff member about being able to use my licenses and post in the forum to no avail since I have received no answer.
I am not asking about direct support, I just want to USE MY RIGHT TO USE THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT.
Is there any way my interaction in the forum can be enabled so I can ask how to unlock my Licenses for future use?

Support is included for 6 months per the terms set by ThemeForest. You also do not need to unlock your licenses in order to use them, unlocking is if you are trying to move the license from one Themeco account to another (active support is required for this setting to be enabled). Even if support has expired, you are welcome to use the license, even re-assigning the domain from within your Themeco account by following these instructions. If you need any further help, you can renew support with one of these options, and a member of the team will be happy to assist.

I want to revoke the licenses from within my theme.co account dashboard (not from within Wordpress as I have deleted the ‘x theme’ installations in those wordpress sites) – as the instructions say at ‘theme.co docs’:
“Revoking the License Key
You can also change the url assigned to each license from within your Themeco account dashboard.”

How can I unlock my licenses from within my theme.co account? Right now my 3 licenses say:
“This license is locked. Unlock if you wish to transfer to another account.”

From what I read and see on ‘theme.co docs’ there should be a lock icon to the right of each of my licenses but it’s not available for me – that way I could lock and unlock the licenses easily as the information on ‘theme.co docs’ and forums say.
Also would like to know if people who have bought licenses are entitled to post in the forum even when direct support has expired (within 6 months from what I read).

The lock icon does not have anything to do with re-assigning the license, just transferring out of the account as explained above. If support has expired, you won’t have the option to move the license out of the account. You can still reassign the license to a different URL, and this can be done from the license page of your Themeco account. Just click the edit pencil at the end of the currently assigned URL and assign a new one.
If support has expired, people do not have access to post in the forum as that is where support is provided.

You were using to support your product on the forum and that’s not the case anymore how it was used to be. I rarely need help but now couldn’t open the ticket. I see that you’ve changed the global blocks to components and I need to make one and couldn’t figure out the params. I have checked your docs and did search the forum as well but didn’t get any help with that.
I see some example json for the button is like this one.

I have tried to manipulate the type with content but that didn’t work. I’m trying to make the headline component so how do I figure out what text to add in the json, for example the content option of the headline.

Why does the post pagination doesn’t work on the signal post layout? I loaded the posts using the loop provider with the query builder but added the post pagination below, which doesn’t work.

hi I see below error while updating the theme on the client’s website: “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

does this theme have a demo for a banking website?

You can see a full list of our demos with Design Cloud. Note that some of them are only available in Pro and labeled as such. While we don’t have a banking demo, there are many designs that could easily be repurposed for that not to mention that Cornerstone will allow you to build anything you’d like.

Hello. We have recently been asked to host a website by a client that we are having some trouble with (with the theme and cornerstone plugin). The current theme version is 7.2.3. Can you tell me how old that is?
Looks like I’ll need to buy a licence! Anything else I should know about upgrading from 7.2.3 to the latest version?

Thanks for reaching out! We’re now on V10, and you can check out the changelog for X. 7.2.3 is almost 5 years old, so the best bet would be to purchase a new license then you can follow these steps to update to the latest version.

Hi there! After new version of Wordpress page started showing error text on the top of every page and admin page.
Notice: Funkce _load_textdomain_just_in_time nebyla použita správným způsobem. Translation loading for the x domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
And our plugin Filebird stopped working with huge error over site too … where is the problem please? I need to fix it. Its website of big school and its not working now.

Presales question – Can i use this plugin in unlimited websites if i buy Extended License?
1. For example if i have 5 clients, i can install the plugin and active the license and build a different website for each one of my clients?
2. Once build the site can i download the as WordPress theme and upload in www.yourwebsite cPanel account if i buy Extended License?

No, the Extended License sold through Envato does not allow for multiple use. So if you had 5 client sites you would need to purchase 5 single licenses. If you purchase Pro through our site, we do offer an unlimited license.

Can anyone suggest why I might get the following error when trying to install this theme:

It is the downloaded ZIP file, why would style.css be missing?

Hi, I don’t quite understand the licensing options, by “one end product”, do you mean the license is for 1 website only? I had a website which splits up into multiple Wordpress sites, does that mean I need multiple licenses for each WordPress site? Also, Does ThemeCo offers trial license so I can test if it works with my site?

I have 5 licenses I can’t manage. It won’t send a password reset to the email I used to get to the account dashboard to manage the licenses. The username says its in use and all my product codes are registered so I can’t do anything.
