In the Posts module, the category list is displayed in the reverse order to the custom order I’ve specified in the recommended “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order” plugin settings. This custom order is respected by the Info Box module.
Further, installing “Custom Posts Order” flawlessly changes the order of Portfolio items, but using a Posts module for previous/next navigation (on the footer, for example) does not wrap around/loop back between the last and first entries (the Next thumbnail/title on the last post does not show the first post, it shows the last post again).
Hi ramio! Please note that the Posts module has its own option for ordering elements called ‘Order By’.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate the second problem you mention, and we have no other users with similar reports. For this you probably need to open a ticke so the developers can look at the details of your setup.
Hi undsgn, just to clarify, this is for a single item, with a single post, with the portfolio entry’s categories listed under its title. Not multiple posts. For category lists in a single post thumbnail/preview 
Please see the portfolio items on the home page of https://reyamio.com/ . The categories appear in the correct order because I used “direction: rtl” to reverse the order, but this isn’t an ideal solution especially when a line break occurs.

Could you explain the problem more clearly by sending the URL and highlighting it? Then, you said you used “direction: rtl” to reverse the order, but that it doesn’t work properly. Where exactly? In which element? Finally, We are afraid the “Custom Posts Order” plugin is not compatible with the navigation. In any case, why do you need that plugin? What are you trying to achieve? If you disable the plugin, does the rest work correctly, aside from the order?
Hi uncode, please forget about the Custom Posts Order plugin for now. That is a secondary issue.
The issue is that category list order on a Post thumbnail text overlay is backwards, regardless of whether plugins are activated or not. For example, “video, social media, website”
On an info box, the order is correct. For example, “website, social media, video”
This is an internal issue with the theme.

Hey, I’m struggling with an SVG where it doesn’t scale when I change the width of the container it is. I have tried changing the row settings and column settings and it does change the width but the SVG stays at the same width, it just cuts it off. Not sure where I am going wrong

Hi Uncode Love your product. Although I got a huge problem, witch is probberly an easy fix – but it causes a lot of trouble for me. Almost every time I visit my website, all-or most of my photos are blurred. The reason is always some plugin, or Uncode Core that needs to update. The problem is, that It happens almost every week. I dont have time to update my website every day. Auto-update on plugins does not seem to do the trick. So how do I fix this problem? I guess I somehow needs to turn off all auto-updates for both Uncode Core, all plug-in’s and Wordpress itself? Do you agree? If so, can you point me in the right directions. Best regards Martin

Is Uncode ADA Compliant, or does it have plans to be, or is it constantly progressing towards more accessibility?
Hello! Regarding the ADA, we haven’t actively promoted it as a feature of our theme, for similar reasons to those mentioned here below regarding the WCAG compliance.
As for the WCAG, the deadline is June 2025, and it’s something mandatory only for certain types of websites, specifically those with a particular annual turnover. In short, it is not something that affects every site. We’ve decided to take a “wait and see” approach, as it’s likely that there will be plugins available by then that can automate most of the compliance process.
Given these circumstances, we’re currently not emphasizing ADA compliance as a built-in feature of our theme either. However, we’re keeping an eye on developments and will ensure to adapt accordingly as we get closer to the deadline.

Hello. I ran into a problem with youtube embeds.
I tried to update my media gallery with new youtube links and when I add the media poster the embedded player doesn’t open and it shows an error (without the media poster the embed works).
The older youtube embeds still open with no problem.

In your screencapture you hover over the video and the thumbnail plays, it does the same on my devices, but did you try clicking on the fourth video and opening the link?

Apologies for the misunderstanding. It seems that the issue isn’t related to the poster but rather to the video URL itself. When I checked the code, I noticed the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/embed/?si=HsAD77Qz5OHE7wrL, which doesn’t actually point to any working video. Can you confirm this? It’s possible that the wrong video URL was copied. Could you please provide the correct YouTube page URL from which the video is taken?
Ok! Problem solved! I was copying the youtube url from the youtube app on ipad and it wasn’t working.
When I opened the same video in the safari browser, the youtube url was suddenly different and it works now!

Hi, i’ve been a customer of this theme for years and its by far the most versatile wordpress theme out there. I really love the video autoplay feature you employed on the portfolio video shots page for example and have been trying it with my website. Unfortunately all of these vimeo videos are taking so long to load compared to Youtube videos. I prefer the cleaner look of the vimeo as I can’t hide the youtube branding. Is there a way to make the page load faster? For instance lazy loading or loading a thumbnail / poster image before the autoplay video loads?? Thank you.
Hi Romashka88! Sorry but as you denote by seeing the difference between Vimeo and YouTube uploads this is something that does not happen in the theme. When you do an embed, only an iframe is hooked, which is built directly by the service provider, and the loading time is only required for the transfer of data from the Vimeo servers. The only ones you can have control over, if you have a good server, are the self-hosted videos.
Will the page load faster if I go for the autoplay on hover function or will the load speed be similar? Is there any way to remove the youtube branding when loading?

No you cannot hide the YouTube brand, this is impossible in Uncode, in any other themes and even on simple HTML page, they don’t permit this… by the way, brand recognition is what they ask for the free service offered.
The loop videos i am using are short and small file sizes but vimeo is just painfully slow. So there is no way to have a poster image load first and then the video will play on hover? Will this make the page at least load quickly instead of it loading when the vimeo videos load?

Yes, I think it will be faster, try to start with a few videos, of course, if you have dozens of videos on the same page, you must also have a good server, because as already mentioned it is only a download thing. If you have a slow server it will be slow. All directions are on the page linked above ‘Autoplay with Loop Poster (Media Gallery example)’.

I think by now we have explained in every way that we can help with possible issues that are replicable across multiple installations or at least just our own. Please open a ticket, enter all your logins and with that permission to deactivate all possible extra plugins and all possible customisations, this is necessary for full debugging.
