Dynamic Text Block “Get The Content” not working on Single Post Content Block! The Text is not being displayed on single posts where the template is being built via Content Block and the dynamic text field. Happens on two different websites, both up to date, running latest WP (6.6.2) and Uncode version (2.9.1.2). I´m running several older Uncode versions I’m afraid of updating now. Is this a known issue? Could you check this please? Thank you!

Dear admin, I faced a social media tags error months ago since now. It is written: “We found 2 og:title in your content.” and “We found 2 og:description in your content.”.

“You should not use more than one og:title in your post content to avoid conflicts when sharing on social networks. Facebook will take the last og:title tag from your source code. Below, the list:”

Hi hendroirawan! Same as before in your code there is not a double reference, og:title and description are only listed one. I don’t think you will lose the settings if you disable the SEO plugin for a test.

And what to do after I disable the SEOPress plugin? Could anything happen?

Hi hendroirawan! Deactivating all possible extra plugins is the first step when it comes to debugging, anyway as already demonstrated in your page code there are no duplicated references to the title and description.

I bought the UNCODE theme with my customer ID (ITEM CODE) on November 17th, but ITEM CODE was not recognized, so I exchanged e-mails with ENVATO HELP (market@help.envato.com) for about two weeks, but it has not been resolved. It really annoys me. Is your theme fake? Shouldn’t we provide another item purchase code if the paid theme doesn’t work? I want a quick solution.

As for your concern about the theme being a ‘fake,’ it’s unlikely that one of Envato’s top-selling themes would have this issue; if it did, you’d see thousands of similar complaints, which does not appear to be the case. Technical issues can sometimes prevent registration because the process requires establishing a connection between your server and Envato’s servers. In such cases, specific error messages are typically provided. To investigate further, please contact us from the email associated with your product purchase. We currently have no record of a purchase under your ‘hongmario’ account for Uncode.

i mean why not make it automatic with checkbox instead of us doing it manually something like plugin wordpress. org/plugins/easyfonts/ do.

I purchased uncode theme a few years ago. I have been using it on a domain. However I am no longer using that domain. I would like to deactivate uncode on that domain and use it on another domain. This would mean my Uncode license would be active on the new domain and not on any other domain. How can I achieve this? Do I have to buy another license and yet I would be using it on just one domain not two or more?

The question I am basically asking is that if I have migrated my website to another domain, do I have to buy a new license or there is another option to transfer the license to another domain just like with other premium themes?

Hi there, I’ve bought Uncode last week.

To be clear I’ve completed the payment, something went wrong during the payment steps. I received from my bank firstly “payment unauthorized” and just after “payment authorized”.

Summary: I paid, but the page didn’t refreshed so I haven’t Uncode in my profile.

I can send you the transaction id registered in my credit card movements, I’ve already wrote to Envato support but they don’t answer since the last thursday…

How can I edit the default line height in my theme? Specifically the p tag used throughout the site. I have added a custom line height via the settings and can choose this option for headings but can’t seem to enable it anywhere for default body text

In the Posts module, the category list is displayed in the reverse order to the custom order I’ve specified in the recommended “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order” plugin settings. This custom order is respected by the Info Box module.

Further, installing “Custom Posts Order” flawlessly changes the order of Portfolio items, but using a Posts module for previous/next navigation (on the footer, for example) does not wrap around/loop back between the last and first entries (the Next thumbnail/title on the last post does not show the first post, it shows the last post again).

Hey, I’m struggling with an SVG where it doesn’t scale when I change the width of the container it is. I have tried changing the row settings and column settings and it does change the width but the SVG stays at the same width, it just cuts it off. Not sure where I am going wrong

Hi Uncode Love your product. Although I got a huge problem, witch is probberly an easy fix – but it causes a lot of trouble for me. Almost every time I visit my website, all-or most of my photos are blurred. The reason is always some plugin, or Uncode Core that needs to update. The problem is, that It happens almost every week. I dont have time to update my website every day. Auto-update on plugins does not seem to do the trick. So how do I fix this problem? I guess I somehow needs to turn off all auto-updates for both Uncode Core, all plug-in’s and Wordpress itself? Do you agree? If so, can you point me in the right directions. Best regards Martin
