hi Please update to JupiterX V4.8.5 it is released today.
I have 17 licenses purchased for Jupiter X and have long been a supporter for years. I have resisted purchasing any new licenses in a couple years as I have found the support and overall care/enthusiasm for this theme is dwindling. Are you pulling the plug soon? Losing interest?
Elementor 3.25 was released 2 weeks ago and we still don’t have a Jupiter update to allow us to safely update? I am sitting here with 15 client sites waiting for new features and security updates, not to mention Wordfence going bonkers on me. Is there a reason this theme hasn’t seen an update since September?

Hello, I’m contacting you because the situation is more than critical. I have to deliver a website for a client today and the situation has become unmanageable since yesterday. I started creating the website a week ago and the back office was already taking a long time to load, but nothing dramatic and the site was more than functional.
Except that since yesterday evening, things have changed, everything has taken longer, I sometimes couldn’t even save the changes I’d just made, and I’ve had to restart everything from the beginning more than once. And then this morning, what a surprise I discovered: a “critical error” page where I can’t even access the website! I’ve already looked at previous comments and downgraded Elementor to a previous version yesterday, but nothing helped, and even less when I see that the site isn’t even accessible any more.
I try to contact support again but to no avail, I’m now asked to connect to ARTBEES, except that I don’t have an account, so I create one and once I’m in and want to enter my license key, I’m informed that it’s already activated somewhere but I don’t know where as I’ve never had an ARTBEES account.
I’m on my 40th website, and my 3rd using JupiterX, but now I’m going to have to find a solution, because behind it lies a whole team, a project and a launch that’s counting on me.

I just want to report, that websites break (frontend with a 500 error) after updating to Elementor (free + pro) to 3.25.0. I did a rollback so working for now again. Error logging on this site is not working (due to bad hosting), but I noticed something that JupiterX was calling an Elementor method that didn’t exist anymore, so hopefully you have enough information to replicate it.

We can no longer update any of the plugins that we were forced to use to make our website look and feel like the ones you created. Is it true, they plugins are all trial and do not come with your theme? I will bring this to Envato’s attention if that is true because we would have never purchased your theme. I use to be able to updated all plugins that come boxed with the theme, now I get an error that says, they are no longer available.
