We have a site built with WooCommerce. When using a wrap query loop the Order By Term Order doesn’t seem to have an affect. I thought this would follow the drag and drop order of the WooCommerce categories.

Hi, I have a problem with the template: the option to send to a different address is not working.
I followed the steps here https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/63797/missing-shipping-address-form but the same thing happens to me: it is not showing up for me either.

After installing Slider Revolution 6.7.23, I see that there is message which says; “Register Slider Revolution to Unlock all Features”.
Does Betheme now only include a partial installation of Slider Revolution ?

3rd party plugins like Slider Revolution that comes with theme works without license key, they are BUNDLED. If you don’t know what ”bundled” means, please check the following article https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins where this have been explained in details.
However, if you want to update 3rd party bundled plugin, you can easily do this from Betheme > Plugins section.

Thanks for the link. It explained the situation perfectly.
FYI … After a fresh install, the Slider Revolution—> Overview page is filled with pop-ups and messages such as “Unregistered”, “Register to Unlock”, “Buy License Key”, “Register to unlock all Premium Features”, etc. ... So without your provided link it’s easy to conclude that features are missing.
To avoid questions like mine and save your time in the future, perhaps add the link to BeTheme listing ?
Betheme is a great platform by the way. Well done !
All these popups after plugin installation have been added over the time just to push users to buu separate license and unlock “premium features”. However, because it’s 3rd party plugin, we have no impact on it.
Where do you think such link to information about BUNDLED plugins should be added?

Having the link appear as a bullet point would have been excellent. Perhaps with a note that says something like “Important note regarding bundled plugins”.

Your Theme, which are advertised with the claim of being “blazingly 3x faster and light with a 100% score.” However, after implementing it on my website, I ran a Google PageSpeed test and discovered that both your demo and my website score only 43% out of 100.
This is quite misleading and disappointing, as I based my purchase on the performance claims made in Envato. While I understand that various factors such as servers and configurations can influence the score, I believe that the basics of the theme should be optimized to deliver on its advertised performance.
Any tentative timeframe to improving the performance of your themes?

The Betheme was created with the utmost care when it comes to the aspect of page speed loading. Many elements have been optimized as much as possible in WordPress.
There is also many different factors that may have an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), 3rd party plugins, poor hosting, internet connection between server location and your current point, etc. There are many reasons which are independent of us or theme.
If you will navigate to https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-warsztatprzestrzeni-pl/215lydmm8b?form_factor=mobile (this is one of our client’s website built recently) you will see that on mobile it’s 99/100 but on desktop 100/100 which is an astonishing result. No other product come close to such high results.

Above site was built with Betheme & BeBuilder. No caching plugins. It’s just clean Betheme out of the box.
So, we recommend to start from disabling 3rd party plugins and focus on media used on site. Also, we suggest to check Performance tab under Theme Options as there is some nice options that may speed up your site as well. However, they should be used wisely and in accordance with the guidelines.

Though its just a simple page still its not scoring well in Google Pagespeed..
I think you need to build your theme demos with speed in mind…otherwise it will be useless with all the decorations.
And mind you Google will not hesitate to Penalize your slow website…you need to be industry smart. Thanks.

If you’ve checked client’s site well, then you noticed for sure that this specific page has images that client wanted to be “retina ready”. If images quality/size will be lowered and fonts would be cached (client also didn’t wanted to cache fonts), overall score for this page would be easily above 90 on mobile which is astonishing result comparing to other products on the market.
The reason why we sent link to home page is that this page is 100% built with the BeBuilder, no extra stuff or caching plugins. That’s why this page clearly shows the result you can achieve with clean installation of Betheme and BeBuilder. As soon as you start adding media (images, videos, etc), 3rd party plugins like Slider Revolution, etc. page speed is being lowered. It means, there is too many factors as authors we have no impact on and that’s why in each case page speed might differ. The final result always depends on web developer and his skills. We just provide the tool that let you achieve great results but at the end, it’s up to developer how the tool will be used.
Unfortunately, we can’t build demos with speed in mind as like said, it’s not what our customers need. If we would like to focus on page speed in demos, we would have to follow all guidelines like low quality images (for sure not retina ready), avoid using 3rd party plugins like Slider Revolution or even WooCommerce, etc.

I have a problem. I would like to transfer website made with BeTheme from one hosting to another. I try to do as recommended (deregister theme key and register it after migration, use All-in-one-WP-migration and Duplicator, use BeTheme migration tool, Search and replace…) but after migration content written in BeTheme’s builder dissapears, leaves me with just header, footer and Revoluton Slider content. What should I do? I tried searching for the same problem, but no answers seems to match my situation.
Also, when I try to deregister theme’s licence key i get message “The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.”. When I try to register key in WP dashboard it says that registration limit is exceeded but as far I can remember the theme is only installed on this particular site.

Even though you claim that the images are not included in the theme package, the imported demo data actually comes from your preset settings. Therefore, could you please clarify whether you have copyright permission for the demo data (images/text)?
As you said, it’s demo data so it’s for demo purposes only. If you want to know the list of images for specific demo, you have to contact us the way we told you above.

Of course, I’ll need to change the portrait, I don’t have Photoshop currently, but is there a template for those images or a PSD file, I like the masking and the icons aside from the pictured model. Apologies if this question is trivial, I just really like the example page and want to obtain the same caliber of quality.
