i am having this issue, i have created the post upload form for front end https://imgur.com/a/UtV9O89 but i don’t want user to select a specific category for their post. How can i restrict specific categories to select ?
is there any filter or hook which we can use in functions.php ?

We haven’t added an option for that unfortunately. At least not yet. You could hide the ones that you don’t want to appear, or maybe create a taxonomy with the terms you want and attach it to posts. Other than this it could only be done by making modifications in the theme, but this isn’t recommended as the modifications will be lost after a theme update. The easiest way is to hide them. I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the submission page, and mention which ones you want to display.

From what I can tell the script is always loaded on the website, desktop and mobile. If you load it in the theme panel header code field, it will load across all devices. Should be the same if you load it with a plugin.
The theme doesn’t minify the js scripts or files loaded on the website. This is usually done by optimization plugins automatically, these can also combine the scripts into one larger file. Optimization could affect the functionality of some things by minifying or combining the files. But I don’t believe that you are using any optimization at this time, and the respective script is loaded by its own. So there should be no problems.

So you would like to add the buddypress profile page in the user menu. Are you referring to the menu element? If so, You could add it as an extra page https://prnt.sc/Ge2BjzysYQKj You can add it there via the link or ID of the buddypress profile page. Or if you want to add the profile page in a menu, you could add it as a custom link https://prnt.sc/6guIUYFOAIik But in case I am misunderstanding, please provide an example of what exactly you would like to do.

When I press the “load more” posts button it loads posts above the screen not down. Due to this visitors are leaving the page because they think there are no posts. I do not want to use pagination. Kindly help! I am using tagdiv composer

This situation can happen for several reasons, and usually the major cause is usually due to a conflict with another plugin that is being used. Please test with only tagDiv plugins to check if this problem persists (also if you are using a child theme, please test with the main theme). If the problem still persists we will need to investigate it more closely, for this you will need to contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us temporary access to the site to check this situation.

If I understand correctly, you want to set different categories on the blocks on the home page, this can be done using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/lZ88YED.jpeg (https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/) to edit the page, after it is opened in the editor just select the block you want to edit, check the tab called “Filter” -> https://i.imgur.com/zFQkPIf.jpeg (https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/) from there you can choose the category to be used on that block; and to make sure that the blocks are not repeated on the page, the unique article option can be used on the page -https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/

Hi Tagdiv, my website indicates that it is ‘unrigestered, activate now’. Even though I have been using this theme for years from 2017. When I re-enter my Envato purchase code, I get the message ‘Your purchase key is not valid’. Would like a solution!

That’s a pretty strange thing to happen. The theme license shouldn’t just deactivate and activate by itself. Something else must be happening there. And if you tried to activate it again, and the invalid key message was displayed, that normally means the key is invalid. In case it happens again, we will take a look at it. Is there a way to change the font size and type for all the blocks on the homepage at once, without modifying each block individually?

For newer PRO demos we used the global font options https://prnt.sc/QFL5Fc7xJ3rH which make it easier to change the fonts globally. But these options weren’t around for older demos unfortunately. You could create your own global fonts now, and set them for each element once. Then if in the future if you want to change them again, you only have to change the global font.

Do not buy this theme if you dont want your site to be filled with malware and lose years of work and spend hunders more and countless hours to remove them!
We have several licences of this theme and all of a sudden all our sites are affacted with malware and start redirecting website visitors to illegal sites, and when we contacted them, they have provided zero support and actually wanted more money; they said
‘Hi, I understand what you’re saying and that’s what I did. I made an update with a fix so that the theme is no longer infected with malware, now if after the update you still have problems with the theme, it is possible that you have an infected plugin or wordpress. Also, in order to disinfect a site that uses our theme, its owner must have a license with a valid support period. We cannot offer free updates and support. Your support ended in 2022-02-17; Thank you for your understanding! Calin’
We have ended up hiring additional developer to fix this and all good now, but we have lost money, anger and prestige in this process. I wouldnt recommend this theme to anyone.

While we went beyond standard practice by offering initial support to ensure the theme itself was no longer vulnerable, it’s important to clarify that cleaning infected WordPress installations or plugins unrelated to the theme falls outside the scope of theme support.
To draw an analogy, much like a phone warranty that expired two years ago would not entitle you to free repairs, support beyond the validity period of a license is not included. That said, we’re more than happy to assist if you choose to extend your license or renew your support period.
