This could be happening due to the fact that your Legacy widget areas are disabled from Avada > Global Options > Advanced > Features Tab, the sidebars do not work without legacy widget areas, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/sidebars-in-avada/

The option to exclude JS and CSS files from file combination using a code snippet should not be considered a feature request.
All we need is a PHP code snippets to exclude JS and CSS that are breaking our site. Can you kindly ask your developers to provide them and then add them to your proper documentation?

Hi, I bought Avada to run a website that’s now defunct and I even haven’t renewed it’s domain (geniusowl.ca). Now I want to use it on a new site I’m running (rgphotography.ca) but I see a message that says: The purchase code is already being used on another domain. I’m not using it anywhere else. Could you please fix it? Thanks

You should be able to reset your license without any issues using the my.avada.com dashboard in this case actually, we have a very detailed article about this which can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-manage-your-licenses-on-my-avada/
Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

Thanks for the reply. My Licences page is empty. When I’m trying to add a new one using the purchase code, I’m getting a message that “it’s being used in another account”. But I don’t have another account, or I can’t remember if I ever created another other than the one I can access. You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Depends on how the menu is setup in this case, if the menu is setup from the custom header, that will require you to set this up from the menu element in the custom header, however if the menu is setup using the Global options this will require you to set the color from global options.

After updating to WordPress version 6.7.1, I noticed the following issue:
I have approximately 200 categories on my site. When I create a new post and select one category, after clicking “PUBLISH”, it automatically shows that an additional ten categories are selected. This is a significant issue that disrupts the workflow and requires urgent resolution.

I have a problem The purchase code is already being used on another domain.
I have removed from a defunct site, the purchase code did work but I fear it maybe the problem is caused as it was first used with a staging site on the same domain

Hello. When adding tabs to a mega menu and implementing it, when the user clicks on a tab, it opens the tab but closes the menu, forcing the user to open the mega menu again to see the newly open tab. How can this be resolved?

Hi there,
Two items:
(1) Avada 7.11.13 was released today but your changelog does not yet reflect it. Please update your changelog: https://avada.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/changelog.txt
(2) Either Avada 7.11.12 and/or iOS 18.2 (both released recently) are causing the mobile menu chevrons to move left-right for a second or so when we open the mobile menu (modern menu design style). Can you guys look into that? We went back to previous back-ups, disabled all plugins except Avada, and are still experiencing the issue. The issue appears with iPhones.

Avada 7.11.14 (released today – January 29 2025) DID NOT fix Item 2 above. It’s an issue that you have been able to replicate.
Can you guys please release a patch to fix the issue? The issue affects all Avada customers using the modern menu design style for mobile devices (e.g., iPhones).

All of our websites using Avada suffer from this issue: the Avada lightbox, when activated, is not showing images on the frontend. However, when disabled, it works, but there is no lightbox in the gallery.
