Hi Seems there’s a problem My locker isn’t locking my posts, I’ve tried all I can’t but the post keeps showing even tho I put locked, I’ve opened two accounts now and entered locked post, without subscription, and the post freely shows without the locker, what might be the problem?

I noticed that there are three theme which support RTL.
Does it mean if I like another theme which is not between one of the three themes I can not have RTL page, can I?
Another question, if I want to have multi language page by using Polylang plugin and one page is LTR and another RTL, is it possible?
Hi,
For a RTL website it would be best to use a RTL demo, because the design is already made for RTL. If you use a different demo it will not look good in a RTL website, and the design will have to be adjusted. It is possible, but this will take some time and work.
For a multilingual website, with content translated in multiple languages, we recommend using the WPML plugin if possible. Our theme and the cloud templates work fine with it. As far as I know the Polylang plugin does not work with our cloud templates, meaning that templates can’t be set per language unfortunately. I’m sorry for this inconvenience.

Is the RTL templates has just the different layout for the menus, sidebars (in general the element positions) or there are also the other different parameters from LTR templates?
If it’s just it I don’t mind if I use LTR template but it also the fonts, please let me know how I can add some fonts because the RTL fonts for Arabic language and Persian is different and I noticed that your fonts are Arabic.

It’s all design basically. Each element from the top to the bottom of the page is adjusted with our composer builder, and with extra CSS where needed, for RTL. That is why it is easier to start with a RTL ready demo. A regular demo can be converted to RTL, it can be done, but it will take some work. And some demos have pretty complex designs, not ready for RTL unfortunately.
In terms of fonts, the theme provides Google fonts, from here https://fonts.google.com/ Additionally there are options to load up to 5 custom fonts, in case the ones you need to use are not available by default. There should be no problems using the fonts you want.

I like the LTR template design because I like the element positions and I don’t like the RTL menu, sidebar or any other repositioning element on the screen.
My only concern is if LTR theme will have problem with the RTL text, example if I write a sentence which contain also the LTR word, what would happen?

A LTR demo on a LTR environment will display normally. The text will be normal, for example https://prnt.sc/tIB4bC6_aL5n and with your text https://prnt.sc/KTH0EA_kjppL The text will not be RTL if the website is not RTL. But if the demo from my example is installed in a RTL environment the design will not be so good https://prnt.sc/zTtKiU-YvrpM For the demos to display better in RTL, they have to either be directly created for it, or have an alternative RTL design. With a translation plugin such as WPML, the pages and templates will have a version for each language, so they can be adjusted for the language. When you use a language switcher and change the language, the page or the template will change.

That is an interesting idea. I will add it to our list. But I can’t say if it will be added or when it will be added, unfortunately. Currently there is no way to change the direction in the theme or in the composer. It depends on the wordpress language. If a RTL language is set in wordpress, everything will be in RTL mode.

You can modify the theme if needed. But adding a functionality like you mentioned in the screenshot will be very difficult. The composer is a pretty complex plugin. It will be easier to just create the design directly in the composer. You would only need to have a RTL homepage and RTL templates for post, category, etc. Once the templates are done, they can be used for all the website content.
The composer can be used to create templates, not posts. So the template for a post, like these ones https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single The templates can be set globally https://prnt.sc/dGF6BOo1gVrF so they are used for the whole website. One post template can be used for all the posts on the website.
And if you use a plugin like WPML, you can create and use a set of templates for each language.

That could happen sometimes, but usually because of the caching/optimization used on the website. The theme by itself loads the icons correctly regardless of being logged ion or not. Last time I investigated such a case the issue was caused by a setting from a plugin called speedycache, this setting https://prnt.sc/-CBLqP0yJUfr And the solution in that case was to exclude these files https://prnt.sc/flAu9DUUmpPl If you are using the same plugin, you could try the same. This issue can occur for various reasons. Please check if a plugin conflict does not cause the problem. Disable extra plugins and leave only the tagDiv plugins active; the page size can cause an issue and more. Also, please test on a new page to see if you can edit there. We are trying to add the [tds_partial_locker tds_locker_id=”3458”] shortcode to appear automatically after the first paragraph of each article.
Unfortunately, it seems that the below method we are using is not working properly.
See below where/how we are trying to achieve that. When trying to add the code manually, it works just fine. So the issue seems with how we apply the shortcode to achieve the desired result. Can you please advise what we are doing wrong, or what should be done to achieve this goal.

That may not be so easy. From what I know the locker shortcode must actually be inside the post content for the locker to work correctly. It is added there when setting it for a post normally. I could make some tests to see if it could be added for all the posts at once, I assume that is what you would like to do. Or would you like to add it to multiple specific posts only? Columns can’t be deleted, rows can be. Columns are the result of splitting the row. For example if you split a row in 3 columns and you want 2, simply select the 2 column layout https://prnt.sc/PDp8pSaJpFUU And if you have just one column in the row, which you want to remove, then remove the row itself.
Rows can be deleted by drag and drop to the bottom right corner, or by right clicking the row icon and choosing delete https://prnt.sc/qaMTHgo6hwUv or by clicking on the row icon and pressing delete on the keyboard. So there are 3 methods of deleting rows in the composer.

Thanks Simion, figured it out. At the end was easy. Allow me one more question: I imported from Cloud Library a Single Post Template and made it global. But unfortunately this Template do not inherit the global font settings. Remains on Opens Sans, global I set Source Serif 4.

I think you set the font from the Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts. This option only applies to older templates in the tagDiv Standard pack. Sorry Guys, but with the fonts you’ve created a big mess. Now I’ve to change at every module the font settings manually. Do you know what pain this is? I replaced Open Sans and Roboto in the style.css wtih my fonts, but this didn’t work I only need two fonts: for content and headings, menu. Not more. You’ve involved about 5-6 different fonts on home page and the only way to change this is manually.

The theme cloud templates may not work with polylang, meaning that they can’t be set per language. Our custom cloud templates do work fine with the WPML plugin, our developer team made the integration for it. That is why we would recommend using WPML with the theme if possible. We haven’t added an option for that unfortunately. At least not yet. You could hide the ones that you don’t want to appear, or maybe create a taxonomy with the terms you want and attach it to posts. Other than this it could only be done by making modifications in the theme, but this isn’t recommended as the modifications will be lost after a theme update. The easiest way is to hide them. I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the submission page, and mention which ones you want to display.
