Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
When importing demo, only the plugins listed as required for that demo (please see screenshot) should be active.

Hey. Usually global theme option override by element local properties, but in Qode’s case it does not seem to. Is there a way to set global theme options but to have the chance to adjust items locally if needed? Thanks!

Hello. I have 3 licenses for bridge and updated the theme on 1 of the websites a few days ago. Some images are no longer loading, the logo in the header in particular and some images in posts. Please assist. Attempting to customize the theme results in a critical error.

When updating Bridge theme and bundled plugins, we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to also update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed there.
Once the theme and plugins are updated you should navigate to Qode Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file
You should also make sure that your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter and be the first to find out all the latest news.

After a long time I returned to this Creator and templates. Unfortunately, nothing has improved technically. An attempt to install the demo ends exactly as 5 years ago, everything locks up and slows down. The demo cannot be installed. The server parameters are corrected, and the whole process is repeated dozens of times without any success.

There is so many bugs in your “elementor” versions of the website that it makes that demo and whole template not possible to use. I am not sure how do you prepare this “elementor” version but it does not work properly. How could I refund the purchase?

hi, for the property demo, currently when it shows the listings, half of the screen is showing the map, half of the screen is showing the listings. is it possible to disable/hide the map and simply show all the listings as a normal full width layout? asking before i make my purchase. thank you.

To edit description text for portfolio items you need to enable page builder for this post type. Depending on which page builder you’re using, you can find this option as listed below.
1. For Elementor you can do this in Elementor > Settings
2. For WPBakery this can be done in WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager. Set “Post Type” to “Custom”, check all of the options and save changes.
Some text is added as theme labels. To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Bridge Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

I downloaded the core file from a folder and installed. I bought theme in 2015 would this make a difference. Do I need to upgrade the child theme? I cant find the place to enter my activation code either
