Hey, great theme guys. It took me a little while to get my head around it but it seems really well-considered.
I have a question you might be able to help with. With “page options” at the bottom of the backend pages, you have a list which includes, general, menu, header, content sidebar footer scroll and customer fields.
I can’t seem to get my head around why the navigation option only seems to be available on certain pages. From what I tell it seems to show on portfolios but not pages. Is there a setting somewhere where I can turn this on for pages? and maybe posts? Then configure the navigation selection in a similar fashion to that of the portfolios.
One more thing whilst on the subject, how too you select the URL the little icon in the middle goes to?
thanks
Hi Gingerfuzzy and thank you for appreciating Uncode!
Yes, there are many options that work on different levels, which is one of the reasons it might seem a bit complex at first
I understand what you’re saying about the navigation, but in WordPress, navigation is only available for Post Types, such as Portfolio, Posts, or Products. Regular pages don’t have their own navigation system in WordPress, so we decided not to implement one either, in order to align with the platform’s standards.
The URL for Navigation can be defined, for example, via Theme Options > Portfolio (Posts or Products) > Navigation > Navigation Index. Here, you’ll find dedicated documentation: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/4550057507601-Custom-Navigation
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Does this theme has video background sections? (portfolio/blog)
Hi lefabdestindejm! Video backgrounds can be used in any position/section on the page, as well as in the footer. We mostly use them on the page headers, but this is just a design choice, ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-restaurant/
Hi officialjduarte! We are sorry but without logins it is not easy to understand such an issue, also because there are no other users reporting such a problem. Please disable all possible extra plugins first to start troubleshooting the issue.
How can I provide you with a login? And is it possible because I didn’t install Uncode on a fresh WP installation? I thought about that some hours ago. But, I hope to not install a fresh WP installation again, I made a lot of changes, edits, designs after hours of trying out Uncode, I hope I don’t have to do it all over
I have disabled all plugins but the issue is still there.
Hi officialjduarte! As mentioned earlier, we currently don’t have any other users reporting this issue (otherwise, you’d likely see hundreds of similar posts here). Without access to your installation—which can only be provided through our Help Center—it’s challenging for us to pinpoint the exact cause. Based on what you’ve described, it seems that a server caching system might be in play, and Ajax calls also appear to be cached. We recommend disabling any optimization systems on your server, as this is most likely the source of the issue. In all Uncode installations you can see this file is called at the page refresh but not on your installation (something is blocking it upstream): https://undsgn.d.pr/i/nVvlHW
I tried installing the theme on a fresh WP installation, but the issue is still there. How is this possible?
Hi officialjduarte! As mentioned earlier, this issue seems to point to a server setting or some type of caching system on your server. If it were an issue with Uncode, it would be reported by many users, which is not the case.
The hosting support cleared all caches and still not functioning properly. They replied: Hello Justin,
This is more than likely related to a theme or plugin that is causing this issue as cache has been flush on my end and it should have cleared any anything that was cached. Can you the the issue with the cart by changing your them and by also disabling all of your plugins except for the Woocommerce plugin. Normally this issue is caused by a conflict with the theme or a plugin. If it works after disabling the plugins you need to enable them one by one to see which one was causing the issue with the mini cart.
Let. us know if you need any further assistance after testing.
Hi officialjduarte! Unfortunately, we don’t have any additional information from our side, but as suspected, your server likely has a caching system that’s causing this issue. As mentioned before, if it were a theme-related problem, you would see hundreds of similar reports here, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. In fact, you can see that our demo works fine, as do the sites in the showcase (filter for Shop if you’d like to test): https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/
Moreover, it’s odd that this issue is only appearing now, which further suggests that it’s related to something that was enabled over time.
Hello Justin,
I have checked and able to replicate the issue. To troubleshoot the root cause of the issue, I tried adding the product to the cart using uncode theme and disabled all the uncode plugin, Then changed the theme to default theme and that helped to get the list in the cart section.
Here is the screenshot for your reference:
I have reverted the changes that I have done after checking. It clearly says there is no cache issue on the server end and this happens only using that theme. I would suggest you to try changing the theme and review this further with the help of theme vendor.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply back to this ticket and we will be happy to assist you with that.
This is the last message from my hosting support.
Hi officialjduarte! This is very clear, but if you are only a user with this problem, this evidences that you have some server settings that are bothering you. The default theme doesn’t add products via Ajax like Uncode does and it seems strange that your server support didn’t notice such a striking difference.
Try to remove the Side-Cart and try using the classic Mini-Cart: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/uiHFJW
Otherwise, deactivate the Ajax Add to Cart feature: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/31lEwb
The drop-down style for mini-cart works on hover on mobile, yes. But the side mini-cart doesn’t work. They’re looking into it once again, but how can there be such a server setting that’s bothering me? Do you advise me to move to another hosting provider? If so, which one? I am with this one because they’re supposed to be the best for WooCommerce
One more issue with the Content Block for the Products Archive, is product attributes like this still visible on the shop page: https://12ca94ea8f.nxcli.io/?product_variation=essential Even though they are not in my products or attributes. But when the content block is disabled, set to normal, they’re not there.
Hi officialjduarte! we are unable to provide further insights on this issue. Since no other users have reported a similar problem, it’s challenging for us to pinpoint the cause without direct access to your installation. For unusual issues like this, we recommend opening a ticket through our Help Center, where we can investigate with the necessary access.
Regarding your server setup, it’s difficult for us to advise on specific requirements, as this issue is not something we’ve encountered before. However, we suggest disabling the Ajax Add to Cart entirely (not just the Side Cart style), as previously mentioned, to see if this resolves the issue.
As for the Content Blocks, please note that they are not accessible when logged out. The link you provided redirects to the generic homepage, which may explain the confusion.
The thing with the content blocks, that’s the whole issue. https://12ca94ea8f.nxcli.io/shop/ , check it out here. You can see https://12ca94ea8f.nxcli.io/?product_variation=essential this link for example on a product with woocommerce thumbnail that’s actually already deleted. So apparently the theme have more issues, but why am I getting the issues? I just want to design and update my website lol why does it have to be so hard
If this is an already deleted product, it strongly suggests that a persistent cache is still active, as we’ve been pointing out for days. You can also try to create a backup and try this: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/LydZbf
Thank you. That worked, deleting the orphaned variations! Now the only issue left (that I know of) is the mini cart.. Unfortunately, I can’t open a ticket since my support is expired but if we really don’t manage to fix it, there’s no other way
Disabling Ajax Add to Cart doesn’t resolve the issue as well.
Hi officialjduarte! Thank you for the confirmation. Generally, things work as we’ve explained, and we hope you’ll come to understand this regarding the Mini Cart as well—the issue does not appear to be related to the theme. That said, we are repeating ourselves at this point, so we kindly ask you not to insist further.
Please note that the expiration of support is part of Envato’s policies and applies to all themes. This period should be considered the warranty period. If you were unable to use it due to personal circumstances, such as being incarcerated, that is not something you can hold against us.
Regarding your site, it is evident that Ajax is not loading properly, and this is an issue you should escalate to your server support team to request appropriate assistance (and not switch to the default theme that doesn’t offer such advanced features). For example, on every other site, as soon as a page loads, you’ll see a call to wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments. This call is missing on your site, which indicates some upstream blocks. We recommend discussing this with your hosting provider to resolve the issue: https://undsgn.d.pr/v/EaIJim
I don’t know what they did but it seems to be working fine now. This is the last conversation: I have investigated the issue regarding the product count not being shown after adding the product to mini cart and navigating to another page, As per the case history most of the troubleshooting methods have been done from the server end, the cache has been cleared as well .
As per the theme provider, the call to wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments does not function which could also be one of the reason, While further investigating, I have found that the “uncode parent theme” has a version which is higher than needed, which can contribute to the issue.
uncode-child | active | none | 1.0.0 | uncode | parent | version higher than expected | 2.9.1.6 | Please do try these workaround and confirm the functionality of the mini cart:
- To ensure that the call to wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments is initiated, please add the below code to the theme’s functions.php file(Please make sure to backup the function.php file before making changes)
function enqueue_woocommerce_cart_fragments() { if ( class_exists( ‘WooCommerce’ ) ) { wp_enqueue_script( ‘wc-cart-fragments’ ); } } add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘enqueue_woocommerce_cart_fragments’ );
- Please ensure there is no plugin conflicts with the Woocommerce or the theme’s AJAX functionality Try disabling the plugins one by one and check if disabling any of the plugins fixes this.
- Make sure the plugin/theme/wp is updated to latest version and does not conflict with one another
- Also please contact the theme provider and confirm if they have any specific requirement which has to configured on the server end for the smooth functionality of the theme.
but I didn’t do these things, unless you notice something that I should do to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future, but I checked the “Network” and it looks like the ajax get fragments is loading
Hi officialjduarte! Ok so they have mysteriously fixed something on their side as we have been hoping for over a week.
Do you see this issue on other Uncode-based sites in our showcase? No. So, the first step is to disable ALL extra plugins.
Appreciate the support. Appears to be coming from GTM4WP, maybe because it’s a staging site, I’ll keep this in mind every time about de-activating plugins. Thanks again for all your support on these matters
Thank you for the confirmation!
Hi There, I might of found a bug. I can’t build a query of some portfolio pages in the posts element. I try to search by my category but there’s a spinning wheel that pops up but none of my categories show.
Hi deriusa90! You need to use the Taxonomies field not the Category, as noted in the option: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/LeRH9X
Hi, Thank you for your response! Thanks for that insight, I will give it a shot.
Hi deriusa90 and thank you for the confirmation!
Hello! I’ve been using Uncode Child for two years on a website and now I have problems with the images: they are all blurry. If I update Uncode to a newer version do I delete and loose what I have done on Uncode Child?
Hi noaodesign! Please follow this article: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/14791390760989-Blurry-images-after-update-to-WordPress-6-4
I really don’t get it how it is not possible to reset a license?! We purchased this theme quite some time ago and there’s no active website by us online using this theme… but I’m told that only a migration is possible, and that we should contact the author thru the “Themeforest Author profile”... but there it stops… because support has exceeded. With other themes or plugins you have the possibility to register domains or some other way, but not here.
Hi zzboba! Next to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Code (this doesn’t require active support): https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn
Note anyway, that according to the Envato License Terms, it’s not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture. Some themes allow you to do this but only if you are migrating an existing site to a new URL, and of course this is also possible with Uncode. If you are using this system to place the license on a new project, according to the Envato Terms, you are committing an offense: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
I’m aware of all this. And the license was never used for any live website, just some tryout on an development environment which eventually got killed. I would even write off the license and buy a new one… but to be unable to transfer a license from e.g. a development server to the live server by myself (or to loose the license completely if the dev server gets deleted) is a no go, at least for me. Anyway, thanks for your fast answer.
Hi zzboba! Unfortunately, we cannot help you more. If you need help, please contact us privately as suggested above.
Hello,
Can you tell my how I add video to webpages? I can’t seem to find any video modules and single media doesn’t seem to support video.
thanks
Hi Gingerfuzzy! If you need a simple video embed you need to use the Single Media module after you have imported the video on your Media Library: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213457149--oEmbed
Then there are also more advanced solutions, ex: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/11568540310173-Autoplay-Videos
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hello team, I’ve tried to make rotating text with underline like in screenshot, but I wasn’t able to find how to do it in documentation.
https://ibb.co/rkQQSxvThanks in advance.
Hi xChemical! Please follow: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000839077-Animated-Headings
The shortcode for this example is similar to
[uncode_hl_text color="#ffea01" opacity="1" height="20%" animate="true" offset="0.2em"]Digital design is like painting, except the paint never dries.[/uncode_hl_text]Combined with these settings: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/dnS3St
I think there’s a backdoor vulnerability with this theme.
I keep getting wordfence alerts ’* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-content/themes/uncode/core/plugins_activation/init.php’ and then there is a critical error on my site. I am using all up to date themes and plugins. I have installed clean wordpress core files, the plugins and themes have all been deleted and reinstalled from wordpress so are all up to date and it still keeps happening with the same notification from Wordfence.
Are you aware of any issues with this theme? I can’t raise this issue with the support as it’s expired – I am not going to renew this if I need to change the theme because of this issue anyway!
Hi superlativedesign! Please follow, this is a well-known false positive from this plugin: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/14741976929693-Wordfence-false-positive
Hi, I can’t login to the support center. If I login via Envato, it just jumps back to the front page, without logging me in. Can you help?
My current issue is with plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce The Form doesn’t show, I tried a few of those plugins, none works. We use content block for the product and the form appears, when I switch to a standard theme. I already tried adding the woocommerce_single_product_summary hook, that didn’t do anything unfortunately.
Sincerely Karina
Hi FoxBytes! You cannot access the private Help Center since your support period is expired. Only users with a valid support period are allowed to access it.
Try to share the link of one of these products and reference the plugin you are trying, we can check if it’s something we can help from here without logins.
Hi FoxBytes! You can try to add the following code to your functions.php file: https://pastebin.com/raw/tU0S71e5
Next, include an Uncode Do Action module in your layout with the settings shown here: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/bb95PZ
Hi there, im on a crisis regarding a website that I created (icpconnects.com).
Previously I used directly from Wordpress and it gave me a free trial for a month. But after using its features for a month (ie: adding the undsgn plugin), it asked me to buy a ridiculously expensive plan which I avoided and now the website it down due to not being able to use the plugin from Undsgn at all.
I turned to and transferred everything to 20i which has its own Wordpress hosting site that allows me to upload the plug in from undsgn easily without having to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. However when I put in the license code from you guys, it says that I can’t use it bc I used it previously, but the website it not even live due to the unavailability of the plug in feature.
Could you help me resolve this as I’ve used up all of my budget to create this website. It’s the same website just a different hosting platform. Please help me.
Email me at adam@icpconnects.com
Thank you.

Hi, thanks to the team, you’ve created a wonderful template. I’ve been using it for quite a few years now for various customers and for my own personal use. I’m currently working on an e-commerce project with uncode. The site isn’t online yet and I’m using Theme Options → Extra → Redirect Page. Since the new version of woo-commerce (9.1), the “coming soon” mode feature has appeared to manage the store’s visibility (WooCommerce → Settings → Site visibility). Since then, I’ve had two problems. > The Redirect mode in your template no longer works for the store. > The “coming soon” page offered by woo-commerce isn’t accessible from the block editor, and I can’t update the site style, or even the content. Have you encountered this problem? Thank you.
Hi sebhie! Thank you for the kindy words! Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have two types of redirects working simultaneously. If you want to use the WooCommerce redirect, you won’t be able to use our combined redirect, and vice versa—you’d need to use Uncode’s redirect to block the entire site.
The WooCommerce redirect page is designed in such a way that it can only be edited with an FSE theme (for example, it doesn’t work even with their default theme, Storefront).
Hello, thank you for your reply. The redirection system in your template works very well and suits me perfectly. The on/off line option in woocommerce caused a bit of a mess but in the end everything worked fine. All the best to you.

Hello!
I’m thinking about buying this theme. And I have a pre purchase question.
I thinking about using the one click install to use as a base. More than likely this one: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13373220?_ga=2.178711076.144294052.1736504284-543269457.1736504284&_gac=1.262908542.1736512573.CjwKCAiAp4O8BhAkEiwAqv2UqAhK4Dfk91DUVePrzja3QBZ0-m11hAqXmyncTJPWI_lA70Wdx5kZ7xoCVC8QAvD_BwE
I’m not a huge fan of the project pages, I need something which is more of a casestudy rather than just big images.
I quite like this page: https://themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/13373220/comments So my question is can I use this page layout as a subpage for the first link? will I have problems trying to replicate this: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13373220?_ga=2.178711076.144294052.1736504284-543269457.1736504284&_gac=1.262908542.1736512573.CjwKCAiAp4O8BhAkEiwAqv2UqAhK4Dfk91DUVePrzja3QBZ0-m11hAqXmyncTJPWI_lA70Wdx5kZ7xoCVC8QAvD_BwEon one of the project pages?
Thanks
Hi Gingerfuzzy! Thank you for your interest!
We are sorry but it’s not possible to understand you since you copied the link of the generic Envato iframe and the links you inserted point to the homepage.
Please start navigating from the real URL and copy links from here: https://undsgn.com/uncode/
So using this as a homepage https://themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/13373220
and this as project page: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-landing/
Hi Gingerfuzzy! Yes, confirmed. You can use any layouts as your homepage, and set the project page to have any layout you want. For example, also these are project pages (case history) and they don’t have anything in common (so you are completely free, also to copy in in the Creative Landing design), ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/portfolio/digital-web-layout/
https://undsgn.com/uncode/portfolio/storytelling-layout/
etc
Is there a demo site that I can see the backend for? I’m not 100% convinced that this theme for me so wanted to play around with it. Thanks
Hi Gingerfuzzy! We are sorry but generally themes don’t offer a demo for the backend. You can evaluate from the video tutorials or from the doc: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK27He6L4DmmC_5SCClFEkQ/videos
https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us
Hello, can you help to release the version to filter product-status by onbackorder please? I really need this update for my website to work.
At the moment, its only filtering status of on_sale, and in_stock? I assume it will be quite easy to add onbackorder as well.
Thanks.
Hi ksuteja! What you’re asking for isn’t as straightforward as it might seem. Unfortunately, in WooCommerce, products on backorder are considered “in stock,” so there isn’t a simple and efficient way to differentiate them from those that are only “in stock” and not on backorder. Implementing such a feature would require significant development work. We can certainly evaluate it for a future update, but I’ll need to pass this request to our developers. This isn’t something we can provide right now with a quick code solution.
Hello, my website is https://lonestar.fitness and my footer isn’t showing up on mobile. I have it set right and it shows on desktop and tablet, but not on mobile. Can you help me with that please?
Hi emosamurai! If you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution (or at least ask for support with an account that bought the theme, moreover, this website is even not registered): https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hello what cache plugin works best with the theme
Hi kingsleymensah! Here you are with our suggestions, the best is WPRocket but also Breeze works fine (please in the case read the notes for additional cache plugins): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017231458-Use-a-Cache-Plugin
Happy New Year dear Support
As always, I find myself in a license chaos. Do I have a possibility to see in your system which license is used for which domain? I bought 6 or 7 licenses in total and have lost track. I can’t find a way to see via themeforest
Many thanks and best regards
Hi pigor! We are sorry, but we do not have direct access to your licenses. These are issued by Envato and operate within the theme through an automatic API system. We can only query the registration database when you provide us with your License Code. Once we have that, we can offer you a report on how your license is being used.
Anyway, next to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Codes: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn
Hi,
I have polylang on my site for both arabic and english versions, when I switch the language I would like the logo in the Navbar to switch to the opposite side for the other language version of the website, how to do that?

Menu not transparent. I’ve put the menu opacity at zero in theme options and turned on first row. Remove transparency is off. But nothing changes. Help! Thanks.
Hi brianshumway! Without a check to your live site or the possibility of accessing your installation, it’s really not possible to figure out what you are missing. From here we can only suggested to check the dedicated documentation with all the possible settings involved: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459689-Menu-not-Transparent
I’m disappointed. I used the uncode theme to make the client’s homepage now and there was a problem. However, themeforest is no answer to the two emails and the uncode can’t help. I definitely bought it in November 2024 It’s urgent. Please contact me at bydme26@gmail.com .
I will send you a confirmation email as I wrote below. Themeforest is not giving an answer
Hi bydme! From what we can see your previous messages were replied to the same day: https://themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/13373220/comments?page=1&filter=all#comment_31217209 and https://themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/13373220/comments?page=1&filter=all#comment_31219862
If you haven’t received a reply, it’s possible that ThemeForest messages ended up in your Spam folder. As already explained, if there’s an issue with updating your support period, which now appears to have expired, this is something you need to resolve directly with Envato and not with the author, as the entire process is managed by Envato: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I’ve already searched through spam folders, but I can’t find them. Don’t you think you can be flexible and help the customer who bought them? It’s a bad experience.
I’ll buy the Uncoded theme again because I can’t communicate, but I think I’ll consider another theme next time.
I wonder if the created screen works without any problems even if I delete the existing Uncoded theme registration code and put in the newly purchased code.
Hi bydme! Please understand that we cannot verify your theme purchase directly, as all purchasing and licensing processes are managed exclusively by Envato. If there is an issue during these stages, it’s best to contact Envato’s customer support for assistance.
As the authors of the theme, we are here to help with any technical problems you may encounter. However, we don’t have control over the processes handled by Envato, including potential issues with emails or notifications from their platform.
We can see that your support status is currently active, which means you should be able to access our Help Center. This system is connected to Envato via API and is available for addressing any technical concerns.
If you continue to experience issues with Envato-related matters, we recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding, and we’re here to help with any technical questions you might have!
