Does this support syncing with pricelabs yet?

As numerous comments here confirm, be warned to buy this theme if you using it for a running business. Support is horrible!

Since almost 2 months plugins that are mandatory by the theme break site functionality!

The latest update of the Aloha Powerpack end of December 2024 is breaking all Elementor Pro widgets on the site. Using older versions of Elementor is out of question since they have security issues.

It seems that even customers with valid support licenses do not get said support. This them / author should get reported to Themeforest but where… do they care?

Is it possible to use clover for the payment gateway with the booking plugin? I’m at a standstill as I try to apply the payment gateway that my client only uses. Is this a Motopress questions as they are the developers of the booking plugin?

When comes a fix my elementor pro widget panel keeps loading, using the website business not possible like this. seems indeed to problem with the aloha powerpack.

I have the same problems as FluidAmbiet the pro widgets don;t work anymore, and i have a grey widget panel. i can’t update my website anymore it’s totally broken. all is updated to the latest version

I am having big frustration with this Theme Vendor. Namely, the theme is updated on both localhost for testing and prod live, and even the theme is updated, the plugin versions are not. Everytime you need to extend support to give you updates on Plugins. UNACCEPTABLE.

I am checking in here daily. My last comment is 11 days ago. Since then the update that was supposed to fix the issues with Elementor has only made the issues worth. There is no reaction from the theme author. This means that a website that is used for business is not editable since more or less one month now. If you plan to buy this theme for a business be warned!

Hi, more issues introduced with the update from 30 December 2024. Culprit again the Aloha PowerPack. Before the last update it would stop the Elementor widget panel from loading. With the new update the widget panel loads but it doesn’t load the Elementor Pro widgets and all widgets on the front page have disappeared from the site.

After several hours of testing and talking to Elementor support, a heads up for those who want to update to the “fixed” version of the theme (4.2.6) and especially the Aloha PowerPack 1.2.9, if you have used Elementor Pro widgets, make sure you have a backup of your site or better, do the update on a staging site. Lucky I had a backup and could revert as with the update all widgets on the front end that where created with Elementor Pro have disappeared. Forms, Blog Posts, animated Headers etc.

Of course now I am back with the problem that the Elementor widget panel as not loading and that I can not edit my site – until hopefully in a couple of days or weeks this gets fixed – but at least my site is showing… Frustrating to say the least….

Have been using this theme for years and Ryan has always been helpful. It seems (as per previous reviews/comments) that elementor is no longer functioning with the theme. A temporary solution would be to roll back to a previous emelentor version. This version is still compatable: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/elementor.3.25.10.zip

Seems as of the end of 2024 this theme has some terrible support issues when reading the previous comments. As the user before me says, the Aloha power pack plugin (1.2.8) which is mandatory by the theme, breaks the Elementor widget panel (doesn’t load) When deactivating the plugin the panel loads fine but obviously headers and footers are now missing from the site.

I was wondering if I’d renew my support license but it seems, from the comments here, that even those with still valid licenses do not get replies. Guess I simply have to ditch the theme and rebuild my site from scratch with the Hello theme.

Hi, I am sorry but, while you have updated the theme and Aloha PowerPack plugin, this one now causes another issue with Elementor Pro. All Elementor Pro widgets have disappeared from the site and are also not longer available in the Elementor side bar. Deactivating the Aloha PowerPack resolves this issue but unfortunately the plugin is required by the theme.

Often, when the theme is updated, there are incompatibilities. Today, for example, if I activate Elementor and Alohapowerpack, the Elementor widget panel doesn’t open. The assistance is terrible and if you don’t pay more money you are left to fend for yourself.

the plugins that I am going to list do not update from the “WordPress” back end. That is, they seem to update but at the end of loading you can notice that the version number is the same as the starting one:

Terrible support! They said they would extend my license but it expired and I was left without a license and no response! Very bad…

Hello, Hello, We have the Bellevue theme. All was good until a few days ago when the Aloha plugin crashed the site. The blog posts cannot be seen and elementor editor does not work. When we deactivate the Aloha plugin it all works but the design of the site is all messed up. We cannot submit a ticket because it says we have to pay for support. But this is a basic feature we paid for when we bought the theme. Why do we have to pay for support to fix a bug? Can you help? Many thanks

I can’t find any option to show the “WooCommerce cart” logo in the menu bar. In “Global Templates”, if I go to edit any “header” with “Elementor”, the icon is shown but then, actually, it is not shown on the public page. In “WP Dash / Appearance / Customize / Theme Options / Cart / WooCommerce” of this “cart” activation/deactivation option can’t even see the shadow of it. If in all the “Global Templates” “headers” I can see them, I deduce that there is an option somewhere to activate it and make it show in the public part.

I would like to know if you give support to buyers who buy your theme or not. Because I see requests open for months without any response. I’ve been waiting for a solution to my problem for three days. I also opened a ticket to your support center but for the moment I haven’t received an answer. Time is money for others too. You can’t think of selling a product with the promise of six months of support and providing this support when it suits you. Especially if we’re talking about problems with your product and not configuration problems on the customer side.

Hello, before i purchase I am curious. Is there a front end user submission to create listings? and is there an option to nest listings within a listing? for example, i would like a user to be able to create a home listing, and then create room listings that can be booked from within that home. The home itself will not be bookable but the user should be able to input details about the home, amenities, etc.
