I would like to know if with the theme, several accommodation owners can register their accommodation and manage it themselves.
I’ve never had full support, every time I’ve started a dialog, my support tickets have always been on standby, as I’m still waiting for now, through my last request. Now I get a notice that my support is ending and that I only have 7 days left. I really regret this.
When does the fix arrive not normal this
i deleted the whole theme and plugins i couldn’t handle it anymore
Almost 3 months and issues are still not fixed;
- Theme version 4.2.6 (on 26.2.2025)
- Elementor 3.27.6 (on 26.2.2025)
- Elementor Pro 3.27.4 (on 26.2.2025)
The theme required plugin Aloha PowerPack:
- Version 1.2.8 as reported by many users, makes the Elementor side panel load endlessly and sites can not be edited
- Version 1.2.9 (on 26.2.2025) makes all widgets created with Elementor Pro disappear from the site
Many users are waiting for solutions, since weeks, even months. When will you fix the issues with this theme? Time frame please!
I submitted a ticket on January 11 and no on ever responded. I have NOT been able to get the booking software to work and just submitted a second ticket. PLEASE RESPOND!

Hello, does this theme sync availability and bookings with platforms like Airbnb, Booking, or any other that supports iCal to prevent overbooking?
It would be beneficial to create a forum website where buyers can discuss various topics and address common questions. The current theme documentation lacks detailed explanations, and the setup guide contains minor but time-consuming errors. I have noticed that the creators of the booking system bundled with your theme have a forum website where many simple questions are addressed. However, this forum is exclusive to MotoPress buyers, which prevents us (your buyers) from accessing it. Although your support service is good, it tends to take a considerable amount of time.
I’m still waiting for you to extend my license….
I have looked at all the reviews and unfortunately I have to say that this theme is useless and I don’t want to risk it and spend money.

Hi, I am also experiencing problems with Aloha blocking me Elementor Pro, I can’t do the upgrade. I was going to purchase support but I read that the problem that others also have is not being solved. Are there any updates?

Thank you to @tamiade, your workaround seems to work. However for those who read this, do not update the Aloha Powepack to version 1.2.9 if you are using Elementor Pro as it will wipe all your widgets on the site made with Elementor Pro. At least for me this is the case. Deactivating the Aloha Powerpack or downgrading it to version 1.2.8 brings the widgets back.
At this point I would not recommend this theme anymore since support does not seem to work. I have given up and will rebuild my site since I can’t afford to have it half functional for weeks, even months and not getting support.

@tamiade yes this is a solution to add widgets, but for me this still does’t work. i deactivated the aloha powerpack and my website works and elementor seems working fine, but everything done with aloha powerpack is not shown, and that is nearly the whole website.

For all who can’t update their website via Elementor > temporary you can inspect in Chrome and delete this div : elementor-panel-state-loading
Now you can edit your page !

Hello, I am just wondering if this theme is still worth it. I see so many things that I like and I was a click away from buying it, but the several comments about the support and crashing plugins created concerns. The highlight seems to be the app to manage bookings but I need some opinions if I should go for it or on the first bump I will wait more than a month for an answer/support. Thank you in advance!
I want to set up two different price rates for residents and non-residents in the same currency. Is there any option available to implement this, such as adding a selection for ‘Resident’ or ‘Non-Resident’ in the booking form?
