When updating theme it is important to follow instructions from the video in this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins and please don’t skip ‘10:34 – One final step after updating the Bridge theme’ part of the video.

Couple questions. You system won’t send the email to confirm account. Yes, I’ve checked my spam. Also, I’m trying to figure out where to find what URL my license is being used so I can disconnect it and utilize my purchase. Is this done on your support site. I know with my other themes, I can link and unlink the license, and assuming you offer the same process. Any case, I’m trying to get some work done on a client’s site, and stuck. Hi i installed the latest version of bridge theme and i am unable to change the entire webpage to a single color or to a gradient color. Can you please assist? is this through elementor in site adjustments or in Qode options? both options seem to not make any effect.
i am able to change to a single color by changing Content Background Color, but i would like to have my background using a gradient (two colors) please advise.

Hello, I had purchased this theme last July and I need to edit the home page and when I click on the Edit link in the dashboard, it takes me to a 404 Error page. When I try to edit the front facing page by clicking on the Edit with WPBakery Page Builder, it takes me to my posts pages listed in my dashboard.
I understand my support has expired, but this is something that should inherently work, correct?
Wordpress, plugins and the theme have all been updated.

The site has an SSL certificate, but I installed the Really Simple SSL as suggested and the issue still exists.

I disabled Bridge Core and I was able to edit the pages.

I had an issue with outdated woo commerce files so i downloaded and reuploaded the theme to fix the issue and its now asking me to register theme and when i try it says the theme code is already in use. Sorry to post here but the Submit a Request on your support forum just spins after I enter all my data for support.
I purchased the Bridge Theme yesterday. I have installed it successfully.
The problem is the Registration. I put in my info and hit Register Theme and it just says Please Wait next to the Register Theme button.
When trying to submit a ticket on your Submit a Request page the QODE icon at the bottom just animates and nothing happens.
So, if someone could please contact me so I can register that would be cool.
