I’m Interesting to buy this Theme . But I uave some questions is it possible to make a sticky menu ? And is there any options to select only some activities in case I choose the Mixed Activities demo . For example I want to make only tours and activities but I won’t rentals cars and hotel to be shown on the website but I can keep itnin caae I want to select it in future?

I’m interested in purchasing this theme, but I have a question regarding the payment process. I’d like to know if it’s possible for partners to integrate their own bank accounts or payment methods so that customers can book services and send payments directly to them.
In other words, I don’t want to handle commissions or have payments sent to my account. Instead, I’d like customers to see the partner’s payment details and send the booking payment directly to the partner.

Unfortunately, Traveler currently does not support this feature. Regarding bookings, all reservation payments are made directly to the admin’s account (via the Traveler’s system). After deducting the commission, the admin transfer manually the remaining amount to the partner’s account (not via the Traveler’s system)

Partner Hotels/Rooms Not Displaying on Search and Home Page

I have imported the Mixmap demo and disabled all settings related to the partner’s package, members, and other associated features. Despite this, I have ensured that the partner hotel list is approved, both automatically and manually. However, the partner hotels are still not appearing on the search results or the home page.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

A single page or search page without date selection will show only hotel that available to book at the current date. Search page without any date selection means search in the current date. There are some options you need to check:
– When you create the hotel, please set “Book before number of day” = 0. If this value > 0 (eg: 1), this hotel is available at the current date + 1 and unavailable at the current date.
– The hotel must have an available room to book at the current date so you have to create at least one room and assign it to the hotel. The room has been set up as available at the current date in the “Availability” section, including the “Check-in/out” date & “Price”
- Run Traveler > Sync Availability & Sync Price for newly created hotel or when you have just imported demo

If someone buys through an affiliate link the earnings are divided into 3 parts, ADMIN, VENDOR, affiliate.

The most annoying thing is when one uses the search form in the rental search, tour search half map or any other every time you choose an option the website scrolls up on its on and people cant see the next option. It dosent do it on the homepage but once you go to the specialized page it becomes very annoying to do a simple search, having to scroll up at least twice before hitting search. Hope you guys are working on fixing that.

My support is expired but this is an issue with the theme. You can see it on your demos as well: https://hotelalone.travelerwp.com/room-search-page/ If you go to the second page with results, you (as a user) are not brought back to the top of the page but left at the bottom. (I guess that it is a JavaScript issue?)

2 You can rename “Bank Transfer” to “Pay at Hotel” or “Cash on Arrival.” Please note that payment collection in this case will occur outside the Traveler system and will not be managed by Traveler.
