Hello, I just installed latest version of theme and core plugin, but I do not see the theme settings under Customize. Any hint?

Access the Jupiter X control panel.

Navigate to the “Settings” section.

Within the “General” settings, locate the option for “Simplicity Mode.”

Disable the “Simplicity Mode” by adjusting the corresponding setting.

Save the changes by clicking on the “Save Settings” button.

Additionally, I would like to provide you with some information regarding the “Simplicity Mode.” Enabling this mode will result in the disabling of certain widgets and older Jupiter X features, such as the customizer and ACF custom fields. This is done to improve the performance of the theme.

I’m trying to upload a newly licensed version of our theme to our webspace, but I keep receiving the following error message: • Unpacking the package… • Installing the theme… • The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. • Theme installation failed.

Could you please check if there’s an issue with the package or advise me on the correct installation process?

To manually obtain and update the plugin, follow these steps:

How to Download the Latest Plugin Versions:

Log in to your account at my.artbees.net.

Navigate to the Downloads page.

In the Jupiter X download section, look for “Download Legacy Plugins” and click on it.

You’ll then have access to the legacy plugins available for download.

How to Update the Plugins on Your Site:

From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.

Click on Upload Plugin to upload the zip packages you’ve downloaded.

After uploading, select the option to “Replace current with uploaded”.

Once the upload is complete, your plugins are updated.

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing your theme. I would like to clarify a few things.

(1) Can I create the UI design easily from scratch without importing/using any of your demos/pre-built templates?

(2) I love your intuitive drag-and-drop editing tools. For programmers, if I want to add some custom code (e.g. CSS, JavaScript), will I be able to do it without having to edit the php files directly?

(3) I read that your theme is already packed with features, so be less reliant on other plugins. But if I still need to install a few other plugins, will your theme be able to work with it?

(4) Does your theme work with “WooMultisore” plugin? https://woomultistore.com and “MailChimp” plugin?

Hi, I’ve been using theme Jupiter with Elementor for a while now. For speed reasons, I want to switch to Gutenberg. But Is it possible to create a footer without using Elementor? Or do I have to find another theme?

Hello. Does it include elementor pro? After importing the demo, when there are places I want to change, it won’t ask me for an Elementor Pro license, right? I am considering purchasing the theme based on this condition.

Hi all, I’m using the Jupiter X built in popup builder, which works really well. One thing I can’t work out though is how to stop the popup reappearing after you’ve clicked the ‘close’ button. Very interested in your well-known theme. I have a specific question before proceeding:

If I install the theme and required plugins without importing any demo content, what will the site look like by default? Will it be a blank canvas, or will there be some pre-styled sections?

Additionally, I love many of the individual layouts in your demo (blogs, shops etc), but I don’t want to import an entire demo store, as it often requires heavy customization. Instead, I’d like to pick and use specific layouts or sections from different demos.

Is this possible? If so, how can I access and apply those pre-built styles without importing an entire demo?

No, unfortunately this is not currently possible, but you can import one of your desired demos into a staging site and then export the page using Elementor and import it into the main site.

I want a little help. I don;t have support anymore but if someone could help it will be appreciated. I am trying to start a woocomerce store in a web page with jupiter X and it shows me a title which says Archives:Κατάστημα and has breadcrub home/Products. My main menu is shown with white letters and I cannot see it correctly. I don’t know how to disable the title and breadcrubs and make the main menu more readable. I tried to customize the page but I always get an error “There was a critical error on this site.” and I see only a blank page

I think I found the problem. Altough I had increased the memory in php I had to change it in wp_config as well. I change it to 512M and now everything is working

I love this theme and want to have another license but before I have a question…

I want to do something complicated

I have a big box which have a code, and inside more boxes and each have it’s own code from API.

I want to create a from where people can check the cost of storage like let’s say the box I got 20 jan 2025, In the from I want a date field where person can put his date of pickup so that it calculate the days and give total. (Sunday and public holidays are free, not included in total) First 10 days is free, after that next 10 days different price, and then next 10 days is different.

Is it possible with JupiterX?

Theme appears to be a 3MB empty zip file when I download it from Envato. When I try and create an account on your support system so that you can fix this, it keeps asking for my last name. When I save this, it boots me back out to the support login screen. This continues in a loop. Help?

Hmm, what could be the cause that most of my plugins (slider rev, donut, layer sl., master sl..) were deactivated? I just realized when someone pointed out to me that my webpage was broken. I now installed them again and everything is fine. Any idea what could cause that? I did not do anything on my page to cause it
