I absolutely love this theme and its numerous features, but recently, I’ve seen a total drop in Google traffic and all my indexed posts/pages. I’ve invested countless hours, days, and months into optimization, addressing some issues, yet the biggest challenge remains Google’s “Mobile-First” focus.
Despite optimizing for under 1-second load times, I still haven’t resolved the LCP problem indicated by Google’s PageSpeed Insights for mobile. This delay stems from the “lazy-loaded” content. I’ve explored every possible solution, including recommended options from JNews support, adjusting CSS code, Java code, PHP.functions, and various plugins—yet the list goes on without resolution.
After all the effort and sleepless nights, I haven’t been able to eliminate the “lazy-loaded” issue from the hero section.
I believe the JNews team should consider removing lazy load altogether, allowing users to implement it as they see fit. It’s an amazing theme, but it becomes futile if it hampers organic traffic due to high LCP.
I’m concerned I won’t be able to maintain this theme if the team can’t resolve the issue. I’m down to only my homepage being indexed out of 500+ articles. Users have been voicing their complaints in the forums/comments for years. Please inform us as soon as possible if this can be fixed soon, or if it’s not feasible at all.

I am returning with an update regarding the above issue. I have followed your instructions step by step without missing anything.
End result: Slower page speed and the problem remained unsolved with a broken site. (yes, I cleared the cache etc…)
I then reverted back to my prior setup I had before which was much better although the problem “Lazy load” is still attached. A quick fix I later tried was to replace the homepage hero section with Text first then image (somewhat helped) but this does not however solve it for individual pages.
This could be a Jnews problem to solve or it can simply just be my website, who knows at this point, but I remain hopeful. I have removed multiple other plugins and features since then to help with performance and possible conflicts shrugs.

Hi, I bought the theme for a gaming news site. I imported to demo but I have no idea how to add or edit the PRO / CONS and points widget show on the demo. I tried edit with elementor but it not showing up. Is there any doc on how to utilize these template? Also what happen if I import another demo? Hello, I have a few questions. Is it possible to adjust the paywall to allow you to lock an article, such as a photo album, and display the first photo only partially, or as a blur? Is it possible to make a masonry style from a ready-made demo? We do not have a feature to automatically restrict photo content displayed in premium articles. Content can only be restricted based on the number of paragraphs shown in the premium article preview.
If you want more flexibility in customizing the premium content preview, you can enable the `Enable Content Preview` option and manually add the preview content in the “Content Preview” section.
You can modify the style of the prebuilt demo by adjusting the settings in “JNews > Customize Style” as you prefer or by adding additional styles in the “Additional CSS” menu.
We do not have a built-in feature to display a warning popup when accessing the website. You may look for a third-party plugin that offers this functionality.

Currently, we do not have our own Page Builder. We recommend that you try using Elementor as a Page Builder; Elementor has a large user base and an active community.
On jnews.io, there is a Live Visual Builder feature section; you can click on that section to try it.

JNews theme elements are best utilized with Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder for creating pages.
However, you are welcome to use the Gutenberg Editor for creating posts.

Hello! I had bought 4 licenses of this theme. One site has been deactivated. How can I find which of the 4 licenses was used on that site? Can I use the license again on a new project? I know it will not be supported.

Our license is only for 1 domain. If you want to transfer the license to a new domain, you can deactivate the license for the old domain and activate it on the new domain. When you try to activate the license, you will see the license you have, how many are available, and which domain the license is currently being used on. For more details, please refer to our documentation on activating the license in the link below.

Your guide is different from your interface so it didn’t help at all. So, let’s go again. I had bought 4 licenses for 4 domains. One domain has been deactivated. In your panel there is NO BUTTON to deactivate or show me in which domain each license is activated. The only button that exists there, is to renew support. So, I read your guide and it was saying just uninstall the theme because neither in wordpress panel had to deactivate the license. And I did so. Now I have 4 licenses in 3 domains and I don’t know which license belongs to which domain. And of course I have no idea which license is available in case I want to use it in the future.

In the documentation, there is a section on “Moving Theme License.” If your domain is not active at the moment, you do not need to do anything. When you start a new project and purchase a new domain, you can follow the “Moving Theme License” steps in our documentation.
You will only be able to see information about the JNews license when you are in the process of activating it. For example, you can create a site on localhost and try activating the JNews license there. You will then be able to see the information related to the JNews license.

After updating to the latest elementor plugin the theme broke down and after a thorough investigation there are compatibility issues with the Jnews block element on the new version of the theme, how can you address this?

If you have a caching feature, you can try clearing all the cache on your site. If that doesn’t work, you can try disabling the caching feature temporarily.
After that, if you have any optimization features, you can try disabling those as well. Often, issues after an update are caused by optimization features or the need to clear the cache.
