Hi Andon Design, My support ticket number is #53500, regarding a purchase code error. I originally set up a store but later decided to switch to a service-based website. As a result, I had to create a new setup in WordPress. I deactivated the previous installation, but when I try to activate the purchase code on the new website, I receive the following error: “already_used Please check purchase code again.”

I recently purchased the UDesign theme and imported the built-in demo that includes Slider Revolution slides. However, I encountered a major issue:
Whenever I try to edit a slide (or even just enter and exit Slider Revolution without making any changes), the images in the slider disappear from my website.
After extensive testing, I discovered that this issue is caused by a conflict between UDesign Core and Slider Revolution. When I disable UDesign Core, the images appear correctly. However, keeping UDesign Core active causes the images to disappear.
I have already tried the following:
Clearing the cache and testing on different browsers Ensuring all plugins and the theme are up to date Disabling lazy loading in both UDesign settings and Slider Revolution Checking the console for errors (none related to images) Unfortunately, the problem persists. Is there an official fix for this conflict? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried to install udesign in different ways and it is not possible. It causes compatibility problems with the latest versions of WordPress. The Udesign Core and Kirki plugins fail, generating a critical crash. In versions prior to WordPress, it does not allow you to install the pre-designed website. Kirki does not work with versions from March 2024, and I think they should offer an update or an alternative to this problem. I’ve been wasting a lot of time on something that should be simple.

My customer is a recruitment consultancy. They only display some job vacancies on their website and job seekers can select a job and apply online to. No listings of job seekers or companies searching for candidates. it is that simple. They list the job their customers employers need and job seekers can just apply to the job and upload their CV for study.

I am trying to update the core plugin and get the error “already_used” the core plugin is not included in the themeforest. I notice other comment about it too and unfortunately you do a manually reset or something to fix it.

We are compatible with all WP themes as long as they are correctly developed
If the theme follows all of WordPress’s recommendations for theme creation, there should be no issues.
It is possible that some themes use content that is completely dynamically generated.
In that case, the plugin will not directly translate the dynamic content, but it is still possible to add a WP filter on the site to translate it.
They mention dynamically generated content. Is this the case with your theme?
