Hello. I cant type my purchased code to theme license tab. Licensee tab is inactive and cant type any letter. When i try to install plugins there all say failed.

The fact that you are always way behind in updating the Meta Box Conditional Logic and Meta Box Tabs plugins is troubling. I have had a ticket related to this in the past, but it’s still not been handled well.
Since these are included free with your template, then we paid users should be able to have up to date versions, but your theme usually updates without these plugins being updated – even though we can see they also have an update. Your theme is now 2 version old for these, and updating plugins on WordPress is a matter of security.
Please explain here, where everyone can see, why these “included” plugins are always behind the update schedule.
Why, after 8 days, are you not responding to people that have PAID support? @maya_attinello left a comment below similar to mine 13 days ago, and no response their either.
You have what is otherwise a very nice theme, but letting third party plugins that you say are included get multiple version old, even though you have updated the theme, is a security issue.
PLEASE REPLY!
And yes, I have had support tickets related to this, as mentioned above. You clearly are not addressing the issue, or even answering to it.

All the plugins that come with the theme are up to date. If you’re experiencing issues updating a plugin, please try deactivating it first and then proceed with the update.
If the issue persists, you can either reach out to our support team or wait a day or two and try updating again.

Thank you for a reply. Both Meta Box Conditional Logic and Meta Box Tabs are constantly out of date. I can’t deactivate/reactivate and update the theme until the next update is released, but currently, MB Logic is at version 1.1.18 while the current is 1.2.0, and MB Tabs is at 1.6.23 while the current is 1.6.25.
Tabs oh used to included these in the full package download, and I could have manually updated them, but you no longer included them in that download.
I will watch for a theme update and try again, but there’s no way you don’t understand this is a common issue. I’ve had support tickets, and there are a lot of comments here about it. This needs an actual fix.

Hi ! I purchased the theme in the beginning of this month and I’m really enjoying it, everything seems to be working good (still testing) but the only thing I still haven’t figure out how to do is to download to remaining pluggins: Master Slider Pro ; Meta Box Conditional Logic ; Meta Box Show Hide. Print screen in attachement. Please instruct me as to what I´m doing wrong.

After activating the theme license, you can install the required plugins by navigating to Oshine > Install Plugins or Appearance > Install Plugins.
To update a plugin, go to the same location. If you’re unable to update a plugin, please try deactivating it first, then proceed with the update. Once updated, you can reactivate the plugin.

Hi, when I try to edit anything in Tastsu, I get the error “Failed to load section presets”. I have uninstalled the theme and installed the latest. I have also downloaded tatsu from your website separately. Nothing works. What is causing this issue?

Hi, I have changed the url of my website because of a rebranding of the company. It’s the same website and server who never went offline, since the transition of the name my key is marked as invalid and I can’t preform any updates. It’s a bit pitty because of a rebranding this happens… any way to fix this? Absolutely fan of the theme for years ( multiple licenses bought ).

Updating Master Slider! We still have version 3.3.0 and when we try to update it always comes: ‘Update package not available.’
Also in the installation file there is no folder named Plugins anymore.
Can I still update the plugin manually? Or what should I do?
