Hi, I was using the Avada website , and now I have migrated website to new hosting and deleted the old one, but the new hosting website says the licence code is invalid as used in another hosting, how to activate this again

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

I have several licensed sites on the Avada theme, and they all started having problems with updates. They update themselves without warning and completely break my sites. How do I stop updates and prevent Avada from updating without my permission? screenshot of the problem 1) https://prnt.sc/iOY2KDeObWeQ 2) 2) https://prnt.sc/Fr0Ye8Fyhi_A This erases all my CSS and basic design settings. Even if I accept updates and fix all the problems, after a while the updates still appear and break my site again. All update blocking plugins do not work, the programmers also tried to fix it, but the site still updates. I tried deleting the license code in the settings. Does anyone know how to fix this? Your help is really needed!

Theme should not be updating itself at all, from what I am seeing you are actually on a really older version of Avada which is actually using older builder as well, we will strongly recommend you to kindly update towards our latest version of Avada in this case aswell.

I am not seeing any such notification on the latest version of Avada that is 7.11.14 in this case along with the latest version of WooCommerce, with that being the case the notices can be ignored as they are due to version change only specifically.

Hi there! We are using Avada and Woocommerce plus the Product Vendors addon: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/
In creating custom post cards for our Product Archive pages, we’re running into an issue in how to add the “Vendor Name” (with link to their store which is a separate archive type page) to the product postcard.
Is there any information you can provide on how to add it to the postcard? or is there a method by which we can use to see how we can add it?
The default Woocommerce product postcard on the archive pages displays this information by default so we know it must be possible.

Hi there, we are using an old version of Avada, version 7.1.1 from October 2020. Today, we tried updating the theme to the newest version, but we keep getting errors, and some pages turn into shortcodes. What is the best practice for doing this update? I think my version is too old. Thanks!

Sounds like Avada Builder was not installed for you so the shortcodes could not be rendered properly on frontend, kindly make sure that you are also updating your Avada Core and Avada Builder plugin in this case.

You can always create a custom field on each of your product to add your video if you want to do it dynamically, other than that you can use our YT or Vimeo element to setup a video on single product page.
