How to setup the Exit Intent Popup?

I am using the Kalles theme for my Shopify store, and I would like to modify the way sold-out product variants are displayed. Currently, when a size is out of stock, it disappears from the selection. However, I would like the sold-out sizes to remain visible with a cross-line effect (as shown in the attached reference image – https://ibb.co/pBxXg3Hp ).

Could you please let me know if there is a built-in option in the Kalles theme to achieve this? If not, could you provide guidance on how to modify the theme’s code to implement this feature?

Hi, my Shopify trial ended and i have started new trial coz i was not ready now am unable to activate my theme coz it is still associated with previous trial store which is ended and closed, now i am stuck. I have submitted the ticket and waiting …..don’t know how long i have to wait for the support to respond, I suggest there should be a live support available for quick resolution of such issues and theme should be activated/ associated against the actual URL of the website rather the Shopify URL or should automatically disassociated once the store is closed to avoid such scenarios.

Hi The4_Staff, Yes, it was discovered that an app for pre-ordering was causing the checkout button not to work. So I removed it as it was not being used, and now the checkout button works fine.

It doesn’t make sense that every time I want to move my store or reinstall the theme I purchased, I have to wait hours to request an activation code. There is definitely an easier way to do this!

Thank you for your feedback. However, I’d like to clarify that a regular license allows activation on only one domain at a time. If you wish to change the domain, we need to verify that the previous domain is no longer using the theme.

In this case, I can see that your previous domain is no longer active, so the license has already been deactivated. You can now use it on your new domain.

Please see below screenshots. I am trying to use variant images for product color variations. I changed the color swatches to variant images, and it worked for one product. However, for all other products, it still shows color swatches instead of the variant images. Additionally, the color swatches displayed are incorrect (see Screenshot 2).

Furthermore, the variant images are not appearing on the homepage—it only displays color swatches there as well (see Screenshot 3).

Could you please help me understand why the variant images are not working correctly and how I can fix this issue?

Thanks for the reply. I have already fixed. Image variant option for product items in Theme Settings -> Product items tab ALREADY ENALBED. PROBLEM SOLVED.
