I have a pre-purchase question: The templates look great! I hope the support is just as good. I’m looking for a template for a multi-store. I usually purchase templates from another deverloper that has exceptional support. I liked your templates, but I need to know that it’s 100% customizable with Elementor, not 80%, 95%, or 99%. The Bridge core plugin seem to cause some issues.. The Events Calendar plugin was installed in January and worked as expected until recently. A feature of the plugin that worked before (button: Previous events) now results in: Page not found.
The support from The Events Calendar plugin replied: “I recommend reaching out to the support team for the Bridge theme. They may have specific insights or fixes for issues related to their plugin, such as making exceptions to Calendar pages, or disabling minification of CSS and JavaScript files, or caching, which are usually the ones that cause these types of issues.”
Could you please look at this issue?

Hi! Wanted to find out if it’s a bug with the theme code:
1. Enabled Titlebar and breadcrumbs in the Qode Options. There are two H1s on Product pages: In the titlebar, it says “Products” instead of the actual product name and it’s an h1 + the actual Product Name above the short description, which is also an h1.
2. In the latest theme v30.8.6, the breadcrumbs after Home disappear – it only shows “Home > ”. I rolled back to the older version v30.0.1 and the breadcrumbs came back: “Home > About Us”

I understand that you would like me to submit a support ticket, however, my support subscription has expired. But I am reporting a bug or an incompatibility with the theme code.
Just to validate, I installed a fresh version of:
WordPress: 6.7.2
Bridge Theme: 30.8.6
Bridge Core: 3.3.3
Slider Revolution: 6.7.29
WPBakery: 8.2
WooCommerce: 9.6.2 (Tested the breadcrumbs with v9.7.1 and v9.8.1 too)
Qode Options: Titlebar with Breadcrumbs is enabled.
When WooCommerce is enabled (any version as mentioned above), the breadcrumbs appear as “Home > ” on inner pages (About Us as an example here).
When I deactivate WooCommerce (any version as mentioned above), the breadcrumbs appear correctly as “Home > About Us”

I’ve just migrated the new website from the staging environment to the main URL, but I’m encountering an issue with the license. It’s not working, and it keeps loading non-stop.

Now Theme Version 1.0.0 is the latest version? If yes, it still lags when scrolling with the mouse.

At the moment the latest version of the theme is 30.8.6. Please check the version of the main theme on your installation in case you are using the Bridge Child theme (which should always be version 1.0 since the child theme is not meant to be updated).
The scroll effect in this demo is called smooth scroll and it can be enabled/disabled in Qode Options > General.
