Hi, I purchased 3 licenses, but I’m certain that one of them hasn’t been used yet. Is there a way to check which domain is associated with each license, so I can use the unused one (and renew support) for my new website? I tried to contact helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com but with no luck. Thank you

None of the licenses was registered on a domain where Bridge theme is in use, so we have deregistered them. You can use your purchase codes now for your new installations of the theme.

There is no need to extend support in order to request latest versions of bundled plugins. Hello, Can I know how to check all the icon and pick the one I want, every time I have to see the icon I need to use one by one, any possible way to see visually the icons and get the name of it and then apply it in the theme?

Unfortunately, the preview for icons in the dropdown menu is not available. However, names of the icons are corresponding to the ones on the official sites of included icon packages, so you can check there.

I have a pre-purchase question: The templates look great! I hope the support is just as good. I’m looking for a template for a multi-store. I usually purchase templates from another deverloper that has exceptional support. I liked your templates, but I need to know that it’s 100% customizable with Elementor, not 80%, 95%, or 99%. Are you sure the template can be 100% customized with Free Elementor Version? I have a second question: I have physical products for sale in this store, but I also need to be able to include affiliate links so I can list clothes from Amazon stores and have them appear in my store as products. All of the features showcased in the Elementor demos on the landing page and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor. Sections like header and footer are using theme templates and we recommend checking the videos in this link where theme backend options are covered.

Our themes rely on the WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities. You can add external/affiliate products using WooCommerce and you can find more info on how to achieve this in this link.

Hi Qode team,

The Bridge core plugin seem to cause some issues.. The Events Calendar plugin was installed in January and worked as expected until recently. A feature of the plugin that worked before (button: Previous events) now results in: Page not found.

The support from The Events Calendar plugin replied: “I recommend reaching out to the support team for the Bridge theme. They may have specific insights or fixes for issues related to their plugin, such as making exceptions to Calendar pages, or disabling minification of CSS and JavaScript files, or caching, which are usually the ones that cause these types of issues.”

Could you please look at this issue?

First, please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

I’ve just migrated the new website from the staging environment to the main URL, but I’m encountering an issue with the license. It’s not working, and it keeps loading non-stop.

I’ve already submitted a ticket # 293308 regarding this issue, but I’m unsure when I will receive a response. Since I’m on a tight deadline to launch the new site, I need to resolve the license issue as soon as possible. Without the license working, I am unable to proceed with the launch.

Hi The mouse scrolling has a problem, it is very laggy and slow, but the trackpad scrolling works fine. How do I fix it? It seems like your sample theme has the same problem.

And I have put this code but still have problem html { scroll-behavior: auto !important; }

At the moment the latest version of the theme is 30.8.6. Please check the version of the main theme on your installation in case you are using the Bridge Child theme (which should always be version 1.0 since the child theme is not meant to be updated).

The scroll effect in this demo is called smooth scroll and it can be enabled/disabled in Qode Options > General.

The “Tours Carousel” is one of the available shortcodes as well as the “Tours List”. For more info about Tours and Destinations module please check the documentation in this link.

Only pages shown in the demo will be available once you import it and you can use other theme elements to create new pages or sections.

We see that you already have Bridge theme so we recommend installing the theme on a localhost installation and importing this demo to test it.
