I’m sorry but the problem persists and it seems to be fixed but when I make an edit to the home page it breaks again. There is a problem with that module.
I actually have 9 licenses for your theme. And just the other day it rejected the code when i tried to update. I tried all 9 codes and none worked. I am not using 9 licenses as some clients have changed platforms. Can you help me?

Does this theme work with PHP 7.4 and up? I recently had my server updated to 7.4 and it crashed my site and it came up with errors in the Fonts folder. Thanks in advance.
Hello I was able to fix the issue above with the PHP, it was memory setting. However when I tried import a demo template I was given the message – “Your current activated theme in not TheGem main parent theme. Please note, that this import works only with TheGem main parent theme. Please activate TheGem main parent theme before proceeding with import.” – I have been using the WP Bakery theme, how do I fix this so that I am able to import a demo? My support has expired but I believe this has to do with the functionality of the site and would like simple instruction on how to fix this so I can import a new demo. Thanks for your help.

How to switch domain, as the theme is activated on development server and now I need to switch it to live domain. but it says the theme is already activated on some domain. unfortunately support is expired but there must be a way to manage the licence by our own.

As I said the support is expired so I cannot raise the ticket or send any message and i feel really bad that I have 4 licence but I cannot use non as its activated somewhere and I cannot use them until I can deactivate it from old domain.

Dear TheGem-Team, I just installed the Theme and on Wordpress it says: – - TheGem Blocks plugin requires TheGem Theme Elements plugin in version 4.3.0 or later. Please update.
Then I clicked on update and unfortunately it says:

After moving to the production environment domain, which domain will my theme be activated? And will there be any issues with my theme after production?
