Hi, I have a problem with updating the TheGEM Blocks. All other plugins update fine, but with this one it seems it doe not work. The page stays indefinitely on maintenance mode and I had to remove the maintenance file in the root via FTP to get the site working again. It gives a 500 Internal error message on the plugin page. What can I do? Although not critical, it is annoying. Thanks for your support!

Hello, I am using the gem theme well. However, after the recent update to Version 5.10.2.1, theme option > logo&identity logo change does not work. If I delete and save, the old logo comes back. Of course, I also deleted the browser cache and cookies. But the logo still does not change. Why is that? Is it a bug? Or is it a conflict with another plugin?

I’m sorry but the problem persists and it seems to be fixed but when I make an edit to the home page it breaks again. There is a problem with that module.

Hello I was able to fix the issue above with the PHP, it was memory setting. However when I tried import a demo template I was given the message – “Your current activated theme in not TheGem main parent theme. Please note, that this import works only with TheGem main parent theme. Please activate TheGem main parent theme before proceeding with import.” – I have been using the WP Bakery theme, how do I fix this so that I am able to import a demo? My support has expired but I believe this has to do with the functionality of the site and would like simple instruction on how to fix this so I can import a new demo. Thanks for your help.
