I was yesterday testing with the website from a friend, who has MasterStudy Pro version. The plugin does not allow what I want. I want to create a Woocommerce product, then in the edit product page, link the course to this product. When user purchase this product, gets automatically enrolled to the course. So I did a small plugin to allows it and it worked perfectly.
The thing is that I cannot create custom fields for the course itself where and how I want it. But in a product page yes. So I create a product as a course (which is linked to a course). Then, in the product I can add whatever I want because it is more flexible.

Previously, whenever we added a new course, it was automatically listed as a product in the WooCommerce products section. After your recent updates, newly added courses no longer appear there. I tried regenerating the product tables—nothing changed. I even added a new course just to test, but again, it didn’t show up in the WooCommerce products list.
We use a custom checkout plugin to collect specific information from our students, and we do this through the WooCommerce checkout. But now, because of your policies, we can’t even request custom information on the checkout page anymore!
I purchased your theme specifically because it worked with WooCommerce like this. So why are you deliberately blocking courses from being listed as WooCommerce products?
Your senseless obsession with control and monetization is actively breaking our system!

If you’re not planning to use the LMS functionality, you can safely deactivate and and delete the MasterStudy LMS plugins from your site. However, the notice you’re seeing is likely coming from the theme’s recommendation system, which isn’t automatically removed just by deactivating the plugins.
Unfortunately, there’s no built-in setting to hide that message. That said, you can suppress it with a small code snippet added to your child theme’s functions.php file.
Please make sure you’re using a child theme before adding it, so your changes are safe from future updates.

Notice : Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly . Translation loading for the stm-post-type domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.

I am facing a critical issue with the certificate download functionality in the MasterStudy LMS Learning Management System Pro plugin.
Problem Details:
When users click the Download Certificate button (class: .masterstudy_preview_certificate), the following JavaScript error occurs in the browser console:
javascript Copy Edit generate-certificate.js:285 Uncaught TypeError: html2canvas is not a function As a result, the certificate PDF is not generated or downloaded.
The error happens because your plugin’s generate-certificate.js file tries to call html2canvas() before the html2canvas library is properly loaded.
Important: Even if I manually load html2canvas early, or enqueue it via WordPress hooks, the error still happens — because your plugin’s script calls html2canvas during page load without checking its availability.
Technical Analysis:
File: /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/assets/js/generate-certificate.js
Issue: Missing check for typeof html2canvas !== “undefined” before calling html2canvas().
Result: Plugin breaks PDF download functionality.

The sign up form isn’t working. When “Get Course” is clicked and ‘No Account-Sign Up’ is chosen, the sign up form appears with the fields (sorry, I can’t attach a pic):

After filling out form and clicking Sign Up, nothing happens. Obviously, this is a big problem. As for the sign up form, it doesn’t match any forms in the form editor. I would like to edit it.

When I purchased your product, all the plugins were available, for example, the Google sign-in plugin. In the Quiz section, you can set a quiz duration, so it will count the time. If you prefer, you can leave the time field empty, and the time will not be counted.
Additionally, you can choose to show the correct answers after the quiz is submitted. While hovering over the exclamation mark will show the explanation of the correct answer, unfortunately, there isn’t an option to display the explanation separately.
For the test/exam, you cannot have both practice mode (without a time limit) and exam mode (with a time limit) in the same quiz. However, you can set up two separate quizzes—one with a time limit and the other without.

Actually, our intention is majorly to conduct exam preparation in which students should see the ‘explanation’ after the test (either after each question answering or after the entire test). When I checked other LMS (LP and TutorLMS) they show this explanation separately in a box. But considering less plugins and budget we are intent to go with MasterStudy. Can you consider this in future plugin update? or is the any other way to show the explanation in a separate box?

You can add a lesson right after the quiz, where the course gets unlocked once the quiz is completed. In this lesson, you can include the answers’ explanations.
MasterStudy LMS offers the Prerequisites Addon, which allows you to set requirements for course enrollment. With this addon, you can configure courses or lessons that must be completed before a student can access subsequent content.
