You can add in the description section of the tour page. If you are using WPBakery page builder you can enable editor for tour posts in WPBakery > Role Manager, just set “Post type” to “Custom” and check all of the available options. If you are using Elementor, you can do this in Elementor > Settings.

“testimonials masonry” visual composer block appears to be broken.

If I use the carousel my testimonials appear if I try to use the masonry option the page is blank.

No setting adjustments seem to effect it (adding a title or description to the block, changing the background colour etc). The wordpress install, theme and required plugins are on the most current version. PHP 8.0

I’m stuck trying to modify the “portfolio” settings on one of the demos; mainly the permalinks and the page structure. If you need full-with layout for portfolio post, then you need to use Custom layout for portfolio post. You can find more info about portfolio settings in the documentation in this link.

The url slug for custom post types can be adjusted as explained in this article.

When you update the theme, do you update the demos as well? I want to revamp my website with a new demo, but I’m not able to find it in the import section.

The theme is updated regularly so please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

Once you update the theme and Bridge Core plugin to the latest versions you will have access to all the demos in the import section.

Could you please guide me on how to deregister my license associated with previous websites? I’m uncertain about the domain where I initially added the license, but it was likely on a localhost website. Now, I want to build a new website using the theme, but I am receiving an error message stating that the code has already been used on another domain. You can deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

After updating the theme from version 23.0 to the latest release, the site has encountered issues and is currently broken.

We are currently working on updating the theme on our staging environment.

Could you please let us know if there’s a way to activate the theme license on the staging site? This would allow us to test the update thoroughly before applying any changes to the live production site.

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to also update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed there.

One more important step after you update theme and plugins is to navigate to Qode Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

If possible, could you please share the ZIP file for theme version 23.0?

Only the latest version of the theme can be downloaded from the ThemeForest. Unfortunately we cannot send you theme files.

Please check the video tutorial we linked in the previous reply. The necessary steps for theme update are covered there. We also recommend updating the theme via FTP method.

I am currently trying to deregister the theme. Since the previous installation has been deleted, I can no longer access the admin panel to do it from there.

Following your video instructions, I attempted to register on your website to proceed with the deregistration, but I’ve encountered repeated issues. I’ve tried multiple times to sign up using both my personal details and the Facebook login option, but none of these attempts have been successful.

I also sent an email requesting help with the deregistration, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Please provide a working solution as soon as possible, as I am working under a tight deadline and this issue is causing significant delays.

Hello, I uploaded the latest version of Bridge however the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder is not supported. We are still in Version 7.3 fo.r the WP Bakery Page builder with high vulnerability, but cannot up date (to the latest version 8.2) Please let us know how we can fix that.

Hi team, we’re using your theme on a client website and your latest update broke all inner pages. Basically, the content no longer loads. You see the nav menu and nothing else below. Once the Bridge Core plugin gets disabled, you can see the pages start loading mostly correctly.

It also says the your new Optimizer plugin is required but that’s not true. It should be Recommended only. And, we’re unable to delete it due to the issue in your latest update. We’ll have to do this via FTP.

I hope you can revise your latest update.

Edit: Restoring the previous version 30.8.4 resolves all issues. Will have to keep that version until you resolve the above.

Thanks for your reply. I did first update using the auto-update but then manually reinstall it in Appearance > Themes yesterday to no avail. Both failed. I did the Save Changes in the Options as well as I was troubleshooting. Nothing worked except to revert to the previous version.

I see someone else complaining about the 30.8.7 version as well.

I noticed that you launched a new version today (30.8.7.1) so I updated to that one and everything is fine now. I am suspecting that your previous upload to ThemeForest may have timed out and caused incomplete file uploads, or the bug you fixed resolved this (since we don’t use WooCommerce on that client site).

Automatically updates for the plugin are available to the clients with a valid support period – you can renew it here. To update manually, visit our customer center to download the latest version.

I am unable to update WP Bakery. How can I solve this issue?
