After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to also update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed there.

Only the latest version of the theme can be downloaded from the ThemeForest. Unfortunately we cannot send you theme files.

I am currently trying to deregister the theme. Since the previous installation has been deleted, I can no longer access the admin panel to do it from there.
Following your video instructions, I attempted to register on your website to proceed with the deregistration, but I’ve encountered repeated issues. I’ve tried multiple times to sign up using both my personal details and the Facebook login option, but none of these attempts have been successful.
I also sent an email requesting help with the deregistration, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Please provide a working solution as soon as possible, as I am working under a tight deadline and this issue is causing significant delays.

If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hello, I uploaded the latest version of Bridge however the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder is not supported. We are still in Version 7.3 fo.r the WP Bakery Page builder with high vulnerability, but cannot up date (to the latest version 8.2) Please let us know how we can fix that.

Hi team, we’re using your theme on a client website and your latest update broke all inner pages. Basically, the content no longer loads. You see the nav menu and nothing else below. Once the Bridge Core plugin gets disabled, you can see the pages start loading mostly correctly.
It also says the your new Optimizer plugin is required but that’s not true. It should be Recommended only. And, we’re unable to delete it due to the issue in your latest update. We’ll have to do this via FTP.
I hope you can revise your latest update.
Edit: Restoring the previous version 30.8.4 resolves all issues. Will have to keep that version until you resolve the above.

Thanks for your reply. I did first update using the auto-update but then manually reinstall it in Appearance > Themes yesterday to no avail. Both failed. I did the Save Changes in the Options as well as I was troubleshooting. Nothing worked except to revert to the previous version.
I see someone else complaining about the 30.8.7 version as well.
I noticed that you launched a new version today (30.8.7.1) so I updated to that one and everything is fine now. I am suspecting that your previous upload to ThemeForest may have timed out and caused incomplete file uploads, or the bug you fixed resolved this (since we don’t use WooCommerce on that client site).

The Bridge core plugin seem to cause some issues.. The Events Calendar plugin was installed in January and worked as expected until recently. A feature of the plugin that worked before (button: Previous events) now results in: Page not found.
The support from The Events Calendar plugin replied: “I recommend reaching out to the support team for the Bridge theme. They may have specific insights or fixes for issues related to their plugin, such as making exceptions to Calendar pages, or disabling minification of CSS and JavaScript files, or caching, which are usually the ones that cause these types of issues.”
Could you please look at this issue?
