I have a problem at mega menu

When I minimize the screen (responsive mode) and open another menu (like a dropdown menu),

and then expand the screen back to full screen (desktop view),

the menu is broken, e.g. the letters are overlapping, which I can check from the code, the menu is height = 0

Different scripts are loaded for different screen sizes and the best way to test responsiveness is to access site directly on a device. When you resize the browser window and don’t refresh the page the distortion occurs.

Hi there, I updated Bridge on my site recently and now have a bunch of broke shortcodes.

I think because your version of WPBakery has deprecated some widgets that you used in the past. Is there a way to fix this?

This is most likely because Bridge Core plugin is not updated or because you haven’t registered your purchase code in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you updated Bridge Core plugin. Also, please check if your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard.

One last question – sorry our support expired – project got put on hold and we are just now building the site. Can you use a revolution slider in place of a Qode Slider ? There is a page setting for slider. Layer Slider or Qode Slider Shortcode Copy and paste your shortcode located in Qode Slider -> Slider

hello. i have bought and use your theme. i have a problem, plugin WPBakery Page Builder is not auto updating, why? how i can fix this? i need it. WPBakery version 7.8 had Local File Inclusion which is super serious problem with virus across many of my sites. i simple cant any more has plugins that are not auto updated, how we can fix this problem?

Bundled plugins are updated with theme, so you need to update theme to the latest version listed in change log.

Other themes update all of them automatically. You are behind. Make them automatically. I don’t ask how to manually update them..

Please follow the instructions from the video tutorial linked in the previous comment. You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme if you are not familiar with FTP update method.

Just purchased Bridge – my understanding is WP Bakery Visual Composer is bundled w/ Bridge (useing theme 212) and I do NOT need to purchase the license – however WP Bakery is not displaying as an option pages or posts. I’m also trying to open a Qode support ticket but am unable to login to Qode- tried several browsers and just keeps displaying the ‘Working…’ message. Resetting password doesn’t work either – please help – thanks in advance.

The WPBakery Page Builder is included as a bundled plugin with the theme. We also located the ticket you submitted at our Help Center.

To enable page builder for all post types please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager, select “Custom” from the “Post Types” dropdown, check all of the available options and save changes.

Demo import won’t work… it gets stuck.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

We also recommend checking the video tutorials for demo import in this link. There are video tutorials on how to WPBakery as well as Elementor demos. The XML demo import method (which is a lighter demo import method) is also covered in these video tutorials.

You can add in the description section of the tour page. If you are using WPBakery page builder you can enable editor for tour posts in WPBakery > Role Manager, just set “Post type” to “Custom” and check all of the available options. If you are using Elementor, you can do this in Elementor > Settings.

“testimonials masonry” visual composer block appears to be broken.

If I use the carousel my testimonials appear if I try to use the masonry option the page is blank.

No setting adjustments seem to effect it (adding a title or description to the block, changing the background colour etc). The wordpress install, theme and required plugins are on the most current version. PHP 8.0
