I have an ongoing tech support ticket. My website is down. Due to a theme error. Someone responded and totally dismissed it saying the site was up and working and it is not!!!!! Come on guys I am going on 2 days with a website down now. It has been verified a line of code in the theme is the culprit! www.chadrogezdesign.com

hi there guys … listen i tried to install a new jupiter X for our new site .. but i saw that the theme use elementor … u know our site have a lot of page and restart again to create a new site for elementor will be finish next year …
.. so is possbile to installa wp bakery and disable elementor? what do u think?
Hello dgmaximiliano and thank you for your message. Jupiter X supports both Elementor and WPBakery, however majority of Jupiter X premade templates and important features won’t be compatible with WPBakery.
The latest Jupiter Theme Legacy download is displaying as a 6.12.2.1 but when downloaded is only a 6.12.2 version..

WPBakery has reported a security vulnerability in version 8.4, which is the version currently bundled with Jupiter 6 (legacy). The primary concern is related to the RawJS element, and the issue has been addressed in their latest 8.5 release.
Do you have plans to release an updated package that includes WPBakery version 8.5? If so, when can we expect it?

We are a professional digital marketing company and long-time Envato customer with over 7 years of experience using themes and templates from this marketplace. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with the JupiterX theme and are writing to formally request a refund.
The theme was purchased based on the promises of high performance, professional-level design, and customization flexibility. However, after installation and in-depth testing, we found that the theme delivers none of what was advertised. Aside from some attractive demo images, the theme lacks critical components required to build a modern business website. There are no ready-made, fully structured sections, and many essential features are either not present or are poorly integrated.
What’s even more concerning is the misleading performance claim. The product page claims 95+ page speed, which was a major factor in our decision. However, even after installing the theme on a fresh WordPress setup with no third-party plugins or extra content, the performance consistently scored between 65 and 70. This is far below what is acceptable for professional use — especially for client projects where speed and responsiveness are critical.
This theme has caused project delays, client dissatisfaction, and wasted hours of our team’s time. We feel completely misled and let down by the way this theme was marketed. The expectations set on the product page were simply not met, and we’ve experienced zero satisfaction in trying to make it work.
We hope you understand our position and the professional impact this has had. We kindly request that you process a full refund for this purchase. We would appreciate a prompt resolution and expect that, as a trusted author on Envato, you will take this feedback seriously and act accordingly.

I just tried updating the theme after a while now. However it just shows that lisence not activated. I copied and pasted license key provided in the downloads section. It says “License acctivation error”
whats that supposed to mean? My license key cant expire right?
Just checked license is active on just 1 website at artbees. Doesnot make sense why i am getting License activation error then. In JupiterX section it says Active. License is registered to (myemail). But when I go to Crocoblock section to update jupiterX plugin it shows “The site is not activated”.

thnx for reply but i do not have any problem i simply ask if there is a button option that i can enable the eshop to a catalog (i have another theme from other developer who has an option to enable or disable it) a presale question so if there is to buy another one licence from you
Currently, Jupiter X doesn’t have a built-in toggle to switch the e-shop to a catalog mode (like the option you mentioned in your other theme). However, you could achieve a similar result by:
Hiding prices (via WooCommerce settings or plugins like “WooCommerce Catalog Mode”).
Disabling cart/purchase functionality

Hi. Where am I suppose to edit or turn off the order stepper visible at Cart and Checkout?... I can’t use your support Artbees site as when updating my last name which is mandatory to use any feature (really don’t know why), it immediately logs me out. Also I am really confused by the need of having Sellkit for custom Checkout template while for the Cart it is not needed. Thanks!
