I recently updated your theme, and since then, the “My Property List” actions under Dashboard are no longer clickable, which prevents me from editing any property. This functionality was working fine before the update.

The 5 version of the theme changed the Bootstrap for the theme, and there were changes for the child theme as well that you need to apply to make it work with the latest theme version.

- save searches - disable save favorites to be only for logged in users
If you will be a single admin, to get messages from property pages you can create an agent with the email you wish to be used for contact forms on single property page and assign the agent to each property from wp-admin – properties – edit property.

Once it’s finished and approved by the client, I’ll then work on the English version in another directory. What should I do to work on the site in English? How do I translate it? Can I easily translate the property fields or the module that displays the properties?
Second, I imagine it’s important to keep your theme updated so it always works optimally. Is it easy to update it?
Is it possible through an Envato plugin that updates it from the WordPress dashboard?

Let me answer your questions in detail:
1. Building the Spanish version first, then the English version
There are 2 options to build a site in Spanish
You can import any demo you wish and then change the default language to Spanish. Some labels come from theme pot files, and some content is added in your language by you as you create your site and add your content.
If you start by importing the Spanish demo we showcase, you would have some content in Spanish that we added in that demo, but you may still prefer to add your content in your language. Which you can do with any of our demos.
For Spanish, our core plugin and theme default language files are added in Spanish version. Theme Spanish translation is in the WpResidence Child Theme offered with the theme pack, and the WpResidence Core Functionality Plugin language in Spanish is included in the plugin we share with the theme.
You can simply install and activate child theme and change wordpress site language to Spanish as in our help, and you will see what translation we offer right away.
Then you can make edits to these 2 translations if you wish them to be different from wp-admin using a plugin that lets you edit translations.
And you can add your menus, labels, features, widget titles, page titles, etc using the wp-admin wordpress panel (no coding needed)

Next you have two main options for adding the English version afterward:
Option 1: Use a multilingual plugin (recommended)
If you need 2 or more languages at the same time, only a multi-language plugin can do that.
Since the theme supports several features (advance search, custom fields support) not all plugins can work. We have been tested by WPML and Weglot plugin developers

For WPML – Based on the assistance of WPML plugin developers, we made the theme WPML compatible (we integrated special code from them to make certain elements translate: custom fields in particular).
Please keep in mind that WPML is a multilanguage plugin which is paid. Must be installed and used separately from the theme. It requires admin translates everything manually from wp-admin.
Also, the support for the plugin is normally done by WPML or Weglot as the support code is based on their documentation and instructions. They tested the theme before confirming it is WPML or Weglot ready. If there are settings we know of how to translate, we help without issues. But if there are problems, these have to be fwd-ed to plugin developer support.
Translate pages, properties, and custom fields
Translate the property listing modules and all theme strings
Manage both languages within the same WordPress dashboard
This is the most efficient way to maintain consistency and keep your content organized.
Option 2: Use a second WordPress installation in a separate directory You can also install WordPress again in a subdirectory (e.g., yourdomain.com/en/), activate the theme there, and import the English demo. You would then configure the content manually or use a translation plugin like Loco Translate or Poedit to adjust the text.
2. Keeping the theme updated
Yes, it’s important to keep the theme updated for compatibility and performance.
WpResidence supports updates via the Envato Market plugin. After installing and linking it with your Envato account:

You can update the theme with just one click. And then follow instructions to update the WpResidence Core Plugin too.

The theme cache was kept active, and that was creating the visual discrepancy between what was edited and what was seen. Having issues with Zooming in on mobile.
User is unable to “pinch zoom/zoom” to read text. We can’t determine peoples eye sight or potential vision impairment, and it’s normal practice/user experience to have this feature enabled.
Also, we can’t find a way to change the text/font size for mobile menu options.

It is the first time we receive this question. Based on what I researched online, this can be enabled by changing the theme header.php viewpoint to something like this

But it is not something we have intentionally done or tested, so this has to be tested.
For the mobile menu font – you can modify by using custom css
.mobilex-menu li { font-size: 1.3em; }
And change 1.3 to your desired value
You can add this in theme options – design custom css or customizer custom css

Hello. I will write here what was the process needed to complete the import, in case anyone else will experience this.
As mentioned in the ticket, the issues were caused by litespeed cache plugin.
Some hostings add litespeed cache plugin with wordpress.
This plugin comes with all cache options enabled. And because it has all options enabled, it creates issues because it has cache on for logged in admin, optimizes files that should not be changed. This happens with any theme that has this plugin.
We had to reset the wordpress installation – disable the cache plugin options (the plugin still works if the options are enabled). Help https://help.wpresidence.net/article/how-to-disable-litespeed-cache-options-to-verify-correctly-the-theme-functionality/
We added the license and re-imported demo again and we got 100% successful installation as confirmed in the ticket you created.

1. Localisation Based on Region (e.g. English for UAE, Arabic for others) WpResidence supports localization and multilingual features, but auto-switching language based on user location (e.g., via IP) is not built-in by default.
Maybe multi language plugins can detect user browser language and server the language based on that, but the theme does not have built in multi language.
You need to check this with the plugins that offer multi language. I can share what we know about this below.

Correct — Matterport is a 3rd party virtual tour platform. You create it with a 3rd party (not in the theme)
In WpResidence, you can embed a virtual tour (ex Matterport tour) via iframe into a dedicated section.
