I hope you never lose your Avada details, if you do you have no way to recover other than buying a new licence, they have sold $70 million worth of this theme and they give zero customer support unless you pay over and over again, (I’ve had to buy it three times) avoid, there are so many better themes.

As theme authors, we have no exclusive access to a user’s account to get those details. Yeah, if you lose your Avada login (where your Avada licences are) you can’t get any support.
You have to enter your Licence key to create a new Avada account. I just tried that and is says my Licence keys have already been linked to another Avada account (the one that you no longer have the log in details for) so you are stuffed and can’t get help from anyone at Avada, unless you buy ANOTHER licence just to get into their support system.

On the My Avada log-in page, there is a “Forgot Password?” option. Have you tried that option?

You can log into your support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

After updating the Avada theme to version 7.12.1, the website now keeps loading indefinitely.
In the server logs, we’re seeing the following error (with IP and other sensitive details omitted): ModSecurity: collections_remove_stale: Failed deleting collection (...) Internal error.
For reference, the previous version 7.12 was stable and working fine without this issue.
Can you please help investigate and resolve this?

hey, Avada Builder 3.12.1 is causing 500 internal server errors. tried everything changed php versions available in Siteground. When disabling your Avada Builder plugin the site works. we are using siteground’s staging site, please fix the errors in this plugin

Please help. I have applied my licensed code to a staging website, and then unregistered it and attempted to add it to my new website. It says, “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” I can reactivate the staging account with the license, but I don’t want to; I only want to use the license for my new website. Hello. i have bought your plugin but i cant seem to activate auto updates from plugin WPBakery Page Builder why? how i can fix this?
WPBakery version 7.8 had Local File Inclusion which is super serious problem with virus across many of my sites. i simple cant any more has plugins that are not auto updated, how we can fix this problem?

Currently I can only use Avatar Builder and Default Builder. It’s not easy.

That shouldn’t happen at all, Avada Builder works fine in our current updated version, kindly make sure that you are not getting this issue due to any 3rd party plugin, if the issue however persists, we will need you to take a closer look into your site for this.

I have purchased the license and when I try to activate it says that it is used on another site. It is not used on another site and I can’t find any options to change the domain info or anything anywhere. Could you help find the solution?

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

I have a problem. Whether I create content from editing the page or from live editing, when I click on save content (it gives me ok to save) when updating the page the published content is not saved. I have deactivated all the plugins in case any caused a conflict but it is still impossible. I have not been able to add content in any way to my website for a few days. I have the latest version of Avada and nothing. Could you give me a shout?

I’m trying to import a custom .json file containing my Page Options, but I’m running into an issue. Here’s what I’ve done:
I go to create a new page.
I click the “Import Page Options” button.
I select my .json file and upload it.
After uploading, nothing happens—it just returns me to the same screen.
I’ve tried saving the page afterward, but the Page Options don’t appear to change or apply.
Can you please confirm if this is the correct way to import a full set of Page Options? Also, is there a different process for importing a full homepage design that was exported as a JSON file?
I’d really appreciate your guidance on how to properly import custom page settings or templates into Avada.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to open a support ticket as my support period has expired. However, I’ve purchased four licenses of Avada and have followed the exact steps in the documentation link you shared — multiple times — but the issue persists.
To clarify again:
I’m importing a .json file via the “Import Page Options” button on a new page.
After selecting and uploading the file, nothing changes — no confirmation, no applied settings.
I’ve saved the page after import as well, but the Page Options do not reflect any changes.
Could you kindly confirm whether the “Import Page Options” function is meant to apply a full design layout or only specific settings? And if there’s a different method to import a full homepage layout saved as a JSON file, please guide me on that.
I’d really appreciate your help despite the support window being closed, especially as a repeat customer with multiple licenses.

I believe there is some misunderstanding here, the page options export import is not supposed to import or export the page content, that is an entirely different thing, the page options are only supposed to import and export the page options area which you have set here => https://cln.sh/GPTxh9LB

Hi Team Avada, I bought a license for my website. Shortly after taking the website live, I changed the domain name (the old domain name is still there and redirects). However, the web builder no longer recognises my original purchase code and says it’s being used by another domain. Please help validate the key for the new domain. Thanks!
