I have ten licenses of Avada and I just bought one today. I tried to open a support ticket and the support site for Avada said that I do not have any support time left!
I need to resolve this issue. In using the real estate theme, I tried to edit an agent. Instead of the great Avada interface, I got this:

Thank you for taking the time to respond here. However, I did ensure that my purchase code was inserted. There must be a lag between purchase time and Avada getting the confirmation in their system.
Why did you not respond here to the question? I am stuck and can’t proceed until I hear back from you. I even deleted the theme and reinstalled, but it is not working. TIA

Regarding your question, there is not enough context there for us to respond, however it seems like that either you have your Avada Builder disabled (not active) from plugins section or some of your builder elements are disabled from builder options.
We will need to take a closer look into your website to provide a more solid response on this.

I am using the “Avada Forms” with file uploading. The files get uploaded to /upload/fusion-form and is not available in the media gallery. Is it possible to change the directory?

The uploaded file is not going to be present in the media library as that is a completely different method of upload. If you need to do this, then it will require custom code

Hi,
is it possible to disable the author archive / author page with Avada without using an external plugin like Yoast or RankMath? It’s not good that google indexes these author pages otherwise.

Author pages are not specific to Avada but present in WordPress by default. We can not disable these pages via Avada. This will need custom code or a plugin

Hi, Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I am not requesting a support which needs a ticket. In Envato (Themeforest) you have “Live Preview” button. And when you click this button, no site appears. blank screen and a message in the middle “avada.com took too long to respond.”. So, I wanted to buy another Avada team but I want to see the prebuilt sites and I can’t since 3 days. Although I have working Avada site and I can’t see previews from prebuilt website sections too. Also as in the video which you shared, you stopped, PLEASE continue and select and press import button and see.. Again it doesn’t import. There is time out error.
So, I think it is clear now. Please tell me when I can see Live Preview? Or should I buy another Theme?

I hope you are doing well. This question is about Blog layout, not about blog post layouts. I try to choose the blog layout like the homepage layout, but it is not possible. My blog is a page, in setting -> Reading I select like the page for posts. In Avada -> Layouts, I select inside the homepage layout in the manage conditions, but after that I see that the header is different, the footer is different…, please, how can I solve this problem?

I’ve encountered an issue with the Counter Box. Everything seemed fine, but suddenly the contents became misaligned. Avada forms issues: 1. Using the Image select field with both the multiple select option and the required field option will break the field. It forces you to select all the field choices, not just one or two.
2. Adding a toggle to a form breaks the Avada Live Builder “Appearance” and “step progress” form options. When a toggle is added, you can only access these form options through the back-end builder

I have two columns – column 1 containing an image and column 2 containing info. What I want to do is when a user hovers or clicks on image in column 1, the relevant info is displayed in column 2 (so column 2 info is hidden until user clicks on image in column 1).
I tried applying various rendering logic to column 2 but can’t seem to get it right. What would be the correct way?
