Could you please limit the cookie expiration time to 12 months when updating? Currently, the cookie mfn-post-love-* is set to store data for more than 13 months. Do you have any custom code causing this?

I was strongly considering purchasing this theme, but after reviewing the demos, I’m profoundly disappointed by the lack of keyboard navigability. It’s perplexing why the :focus-visible outline is either hidden or entirely absent. This oversight directly contravenes WCAG 2.1, Success Criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard), which mandates that all functionality be operable via a keyboard, including clear focus indication for links and buttons. Without this fundamental accessibility feature, your demo sites are impossible to navigate for many users.
While the designs are aesthetically pleasing, their lack of accessibility renders them functionally deficient and excludes a significant segment of potential website visitors. Given that the European Accessibility Act (EAA) is set to become law at the end of this June, extending accessibility requirements to private companies, neglecting such basic accessibility considerations is remarkably shortsighted and could have significant repercussions for users and compliance.

we do support keyboard navigability of course. Just because you don’t see the feature you’re looking for on the demo, it doesn’t mean such feature is not available
Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.
Many people just don’t like how this keyboard support looks like and that’s why it’s disabled by default. We have plenty of accessibility features built-in.

I purchased your product based on the claim that it supports Figma imports (screenshot: https://ibb.co/pBMHKZs), but this feature is not actually available.

The page content on several of my sites running BeTheme have suddenly disappeared. Basically I just see the header and footer, that’s all. I’m running the latest version.
Sorry, tracked it down to a plugin. Very strange that it only affected my BeTheme sites, though.

We have updated to the new version of Be, but all the banner images on the backend pages have disappeared. The position and size of the banner on the homepage have also changed, and the backend menu functions are not working. I can’t add the menu. Can you please help me? Thank you.

I tried at your support forums, but no reply yet and I can’t find support email, so here: My products and categories don’t show after I’ve imported a ready-made design (Paintstore in this case), tried several imports of different designs, nothing in frontend, but all are there in backend.
So, when going to: /product-category/primers/ or /store/primers/2k-primeshield/ I get header/footer page without the product or category page. I’ve regenerated CSS, thumbs, builder data. Status: all green except for .htaccess. Note: I’m on a nginx server that doesn’t read .htaccess files Any ideas how can I fix this? Thanks

1. Yes, Betheme includes Query Loops, which allow you to display posts from any post type, including products. You can display products that are on sale, best sellers, or top-rated, or narrow the selection to specific categories — or exclude certain ones.
2. Yes, all of our 700+ pre-built websites are built with BeBuilder and do not require Elementor. Additionally, over 250 of the latest websites are also available with Elementor versions, if preferred.
3. Betheme does not require any plugins for core functionality. However, specific features rely on the following:
- WooCommerce for the shop functionality
- Slider Revolution for advanced sliders (though in recent pre-built sites, we often replace it with our Query Loops)
- Contact Form 7 for contact forms
4. Yes, Betheme fully supports product variations and also provides Custom Variation Swatches, as seen on this demo product page:

Hey guys, just a little feedback about the template builder on Woocommerce Single Product Page.
When I use other plugins that add sections to the woo fields e.g. like a Tiered Pricing Table, or a payments provider like Klarna or Clearpay – they kind of randomly get placed alongside the Woo elements and often break BeBuilder elements nice styling.
It would be great to have options to make the elements in the theme be forced full width of the container for example (if desired) which would then mean 3rd party elements would be forced onto a new line.
To take this further, it would be great to be able to set priority of the element e.g. if a 3rd party one is going to be inserted in there, then allow to set if this should be before or after the main element.
It would also be great to be able to add some padding before and after the element.
At the moment my example is the qty and +/- buttons and the Add to Cart – this is now 50% of the container, as the 3rd party pricing tier table is taking up 50% – ideally I want the pricing table to come first (above the Add to cart) but there is no way to control this.

Thank you for your extremely valuable feedback. The locations where plugin code is triggered are strictly defined by WooCommerce filters and are placed in the same positions as in the default WooCommerce templates.
We’re aware that the layout of some elements in the theme — exceptionally their width — may not always be optimal after additional plugin code is added. I’ll pass this on to our developers so they can look into possible optimizations.
In the meantime, your issue can be resolved with a bit of custom CSS. Please send us a private message with a link to your page and a short description or screenshot indicating which elements you’d like to rearrange.

It’s not possible to change text “open recipes” on Recipes page of your Eco Food 3 prebuild website. Basically I go into BeTheme editor and no matter which button I click there NOTHING HAPPENS, edit is not possible. Other pages work without issues. Can you help me change the text on Recipes page?
